Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

June's Loft

June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft, spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king bed, a full sofa sleeper, and a full-size couch. There is a small desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
