Schmitten liegt auf einer Sonnenterrasse über dem Landwasser-Viadukt, dem Wahrzeichen der Rhätischen Bahn, im "Park Ela" dem grössten Naturpark der Schweiz mit unbegrenzten Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Auf unserer Terrasse steht ein Aussenwhirlpool für 5 Personen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Whirlpool befindet sich auf der Terrasse des Hauses, die gemeinsam von euch und uns genutzt wird. Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

Studio confortable et lumineux, équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un parfait séjour en Engadine. Situé à cinq minutes à pieds des remontées mécaniques de Marguns, qui mènent au domaine skiable de St. Moriz, dans un quartier calme et ensoleillé, l’appartement se distingue par son style chaleureux et soigné. L’été comme l’hiver, ceci étant le point de départ idéal pour balades et activités sportives (ski de fond, patinage, vélo, tennis, pêche) dans la région.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Für die perfekt Erholung nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ist somit gesorgt.

The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.
