Alcudia beach : locations de vacances en bord de mer

We called this place home for 8 weeks (mid-Feb to mid-April) and it really felt like one. The biggest draw here is the location. It’s on the quiet end of Pine Walk so, when the crowds arrive, you still have a sanctuary. The fact that the sea is a 30 second walk away is incredible and the location couldn’t be better. We came as a family with two toddlers and two dogs and the setup was perfect. Large patio, enclosed, plenty of internal space, two separate “wings” so you can have privacy if there’s a few of you here. Yes, there is a bit of clutter and a few things need touching up, but we barely noticed this during our stay. As for Guillermo… an absolute gentleman and incredible friendly and helpful. Despite my basic Spanish, we made it work. Provided coffee, beer, basics, which was a lovely surprise. If you’re looking for accommodation right on the water in Port de Pollença, you’ll struggle to find anything better than this.

Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert. Die Ausstattung ist super und bei Problemen bekommt man direkt von Mar&Joan eine Antwort. Der Strand ist wie auf den Bildern direkt erreichbar und sehr schön. Fußläufig ist ein Laden, der alles nötige hat mit einem sehr netten Ladenbesitzer!

Joana was an amazing host!! Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely come back and stay at Joana’s place. She left us some gifts when we checked in and it was the most thoughtful thing a host has ever done. Her apartment is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even beach towels and after sun for the sun burns. She was also able to accommodate our checkout timing so we are thankful!

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche im Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Paula war immer zu erreichen und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden. Die Lage ist super um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und für uns war es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Strand und auch Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kleinkind. Die Straße vorm Haus ist nicht stark befahrbar und stört überhaupt nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr prompte und freundliche Antwort, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et paisible. L'emplacement est plutôt bien pour visiter l'île. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine même fraîche (normal pour une fin avril). Merci à Christobald pour son accueil.

Wir haben auf Mallorca Familienferien gemacht und die Unterkunft von Teresa war genau richtig. Es ist alles was man so benötigt in der Wohnug vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine geniale schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Teresa hat immer super funktioniert.

Pep place is quite and with a beautiful view. It is exactly like in the pics and we enjoyed the time here a lot. We just have two points that didn’t meet 100% our expectations, one is that it was not so clean. The kitchen was dirty, oily, there was still a capsule in the coffee machine, the dishes were quite dirty and so on, the second point was that is absolutely missing all the basic, you have to go and buy everything and it is a bit a pity because the price paid is high and at least I would expect a sponge,some kitchen paper and some dishes soap to be there

Location was very good, we had a car and parking wasn't a problem. At the time we stayed the pool was too cold to use but looked clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and also to town centre. James from the management company attended to issues and communicated promptly. All in all a pleasant stay.

If you’re lucky enough to be reading this review, it means you have found this appt. Book it now, it’s the most spectacular part of Mallorca, the view is WORLD CLASS. We didn’t book restaurants in the evening as our view was so stunning on the terrace, we didn’t want to leave. the sea for snorkelling is brilliant, and the pool was often quiet with a view of the sea - perfect. it truly is a piece of heaven! We can’t wait to go back.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, Fernando ist ein großartiger zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war super! Die Anlage ist so wunderschön, das Pool groß und schön, das Haus ist so geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolute Empfehlung!

Både huset och omgivningarna var toppen! Barnen hade kul på den lilla stranden utanför, och vi vuxna uppskattade den fina promenaden längs vattnet. Paco var en fantastisk värd som verkligen gjorde det lilla extra. Han hjälpte oss leta igenom hela halva Palma när vi lyckats bli av med delar av vår bilbarnstol på flyget. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka :)

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour séjourner sur l’île. Eric et sandrine

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, die Doppehlaushälfte sehr sauber und die Nähe zum Meer ist ein Traum.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand gleich um die Ecke, kindersicherer Innenhof, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so toll war, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nicht dauerhaft warm war, sondern immer wieder zwischen drin klat geworden ist.

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und ist sehr schön. Es hat eine ruhige Lage und man kann zu Fuß zu zwei kleine Strände in der Nähe laufen. Außerdem gibt es ein Paddelboard und ein Kanu, was man benutzten darf. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist leider etwas weiter weg, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell bei der nächst größeren Stadt. Alles in Allem kann man einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub dort verbringen.

Richard war äußerst reaktionsschnell, und das Haus entsprach genau den Fotos – es war makellos sauber und es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das Doppelhaus ist zwar zum Parkplatz ausgerichtet, wodurch die Privatsphäre etwas eingeschränkt ist, aber die Umgebung ist insgesamt ruhig, da es sich in einer Nebenstraße befindet. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: In nur einer Minute erreicht man den Strand, und auch für Ausflüge in den Norden zu Orten wie Arta, Alcudia oder Pollenca ist es zentral gelegen.
