Alessano's historic centre dates back to the merchant town's golden age in the Renaissance. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. E' ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in totale relax e ama vivere la natura.Ha disposizione un cortile esterno e un giardino privato ,lettini per prendere il sole, terrazzo panoramico , doccia esterna con acqua calda , wi-fi e barbecue. Il parcheggio è gratuito .

Salent800 è un antico palazzetto situato nello splendido centro storico di Gagliano del Capo. Una completa e sapiente ristrutturazione nel corso dell’anno 2014 ha riportato il complesso al suo antico splendore mantenendo i caratteri ed i materiali. Si precisa che i 4 posti letto sono per 2 adulti (camera da letto) e 2 juniors (divano letto) MAX 14 anni. Non saranno accettate le prenotazioni per 4 adulti. Per un terzo adulto il costo, aumenterà di un terzo del prezzo della notte.
