Relax with panoramic views of the Black River from the large raised deck or venture closer to the water with safe river access. The yard slopes down to a seating area and sea wall for shore fishing and ramp access for kayaks and canoes along this calm four mile section from Black River to Watertown which follows the Black River Trail. Location is super convenient on a quiet street off Route 3, five minutes from Watertown and five minutes from Fort Drum. The Black River Drive-In is down street

Adorable country guesthouse on Graham Lake

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.

The historic, circa 1880’s Heron House vacation home is balanced on the edge of the village of Clayton, nestled in the protected French Bay harbor with breathtaking sunset views. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
