This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Casa Villa is a tiny home ( park model) 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It feels so spacious, it’s surprising! One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room. Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view. This is one floor, no loft. Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊

Situated on a scenic hill in a wooded country setting, it’s like waking up in a state park every morning. Just 20 minutes East of Columbus in Alexandria, Oh. Forget the city noise and enjoy wooded hiking trails just outside your door. This apartment has its own private driveway and entrance and is totally separate from our space.
