Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Detta härliga ljusa hus med vackra detaljer är perfekt för den stora familjen eller kompisgänget. Det finns gott om sällskapsytor och totalt 5 sovrum fördelat på två våningsplan. Huset har ett stort badrum med badkar/dush på övervåningen och en mindre toalett på nedre plan. I köket finns tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. På sommaren finns uteplats i den lummiga trädgården. Det är gratis att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset. I huset finns två uppsättningar av babysängar, stolar samt lite leksaker.

Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.
