The beach is accessed directly from the top of the garden. It is from the top of the dune that you can enjoy the sunrise, sundowners or whale watching in season Pennington is 80 kms from Durban & 600kms from Johannesburg. This friendly coastal village is warm year round & home to Umdoni Forest boasting good birds fauna & flora

SeaForever is a lovely and very comfortable, 3 bedroom beach house at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Pennington. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, the river and to some great fishing spots. A beautiful and peaceful garden, a large swimming pool. All areas have lovely sea views! The open plan living area, dining room, lounge, patios and kitchen create a wonderful inside outside space for entertaining - providing all one could need or want to enjoy while on holiday.

Ocean Luxury at The Quays is a light and breezy open plan apartment that overlooks the magnificent Indian Ocean. The apartment has an open plan lounge, Dining room and kitchen opening onto a balcony overlooking the ocean. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
