I had an amazing stay at this place! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it feel just like home. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and easy to get around. Everything looked exactly like the photos, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

We always look forward to our stay here every time we're in Pittsburgh to visit family! A hidden gem in a beautiful location. The place is conveniently located, comfortable, and clean.

The pictures were beautiful, but seeing is believing. A comfy lake house with anything you could ask for. clear instructions, a manual with the house rules and instructions for check out. The bottom floor has ample room with a bar area, access to the back yard and beautiful views of the late. Having a laundry room was a great touch. The ground floor, where most of the rooms were located, has a family room with board games, ample space for sitting, eating with a group and cozy for watching movies. I was extremely impressed that they had a PS3 with Little Big Planet, we played that for hours after dinner. I highly recommend this beautiful home by the lake and will book again when I’m in town next season.

My family had a great time here with cousins/grandkids. We were able to walk to 2 parks with playgrounds, one with a plauable creek. Great yard for gathering and soccer. Basement bandroom allowed for "shows."

Jill was an excellent host, and her place was perfect for a short getaway. She provided everything we needed for our lakeside trip. The views were spectacular, and the location, between Conneaut and Ashtabula, was ideal for accessing restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed the Easter decorations, the fireplace, and the hot tub. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and my wife slept soundly. The heated mattress was also a welcome addition during the cold weekend. While we wish we could have experienced it in the summer, it was still a beautiful weekend getaway. I really appreciated you opening your home to us and I hope to come back again in the future! This was our fourth stay at Jeff and Anne’s beautiful lake home and it just gets better every year. So peaceful and the surroundings are just spectacular. Jeff was quick to respond to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for another wonderful vacation.

Brian’s place is one of our favorite places to stay away from home. This was our second stay and hoping for more. There is a lot of space in the home and the surroundings are beautiful!

Beautiful three story house right in the river. Stone fireplace is super cool.

I had the best time with my husband and my daughter. Fred's place is on the ski slope and I was very happy to look out at the trail all hours of the day and night. It was great to ski the morning, go in for lunch and ski until dinner.

This is my third stay in Stephan and Sylvie’s Airbnb. They are great hosts. Quick to reply and always making sure that the client is satisfied. I have visited Ellicottville every year since 2019, and have stayed in various Wildflower condo units. While other hosts and units were good, I keep going back to Stephan and Sylvie’s place. I don’t give out recommendations lightly, but I think that if you try their place you will find value and a responsive host.

Nice place 15 mins. from State College. Clean and comfy. Would stay again. Good communication.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Excellent location, very close to the slopes. Our second time staying at Greta's place, and we really enjoyed our stay!

This place was immaculate and had a full complement of kitchen tools and basic amenities. Jojo, the host, was super responsive, provided clear instructions on everything from accessing the condo unit to how to work the TV remotes (with full satellite channel selections), and gave us great recommendations for local food & activities. Also provided a complementary bottle of wine! The Lake Beachfront - private to those in the condo complex - was serene and directly across the small, quiet local street. A wonderful spot to relax, read and meditate. The only real downside were the ever present spiders outside, constantly spinning their webs across doorways and outdoor seating, along with the swarming midges (both common to the entire Erie lakefront). The other caveat is that during off-season - which apparently begins Oct 1 - you have to drive into Port Rowan proper for food or markets as everything walkable on Long Point shuts down for winter. Overall - highly recommended!

The condo was cozy yet very spacious! Being able to walk right out the back door to the slopes was AMAZING! It snowed almost the whole time we were there so having personal garage access was a game changer. Will stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful winter weekend at The Red Sand Beachfront Luxury Condo. Helen was a terrific host and the accomodations were top notch! Spacious, spotless, well appointed and beautifully decorated. My wife and I felt at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The view is stellar - even in the winter! We enjoyed looking around Port Rowan and Port Dover, and had quiet, relaxing evenings watching movies in front of the cozy electric fireplace. Would highly recommend!
