Квартира соответствует описанию. В новом доме, выглядит свежо, все новое. Большой метраж комнат, удобная кровать, кондиционеры. Есть внутренний двор, закрытый от машин, на стилобатной части. Из минусов можно отметить местоположение - далековато до центра. Добирались в основном на такси за 20 мин

We had wonderful 8 days in Almaty in the apartment of Maksat! It is located slightly to the west of the main city center and most tourist attractions, but well connected by the Metro line (few minutes walk) and Taxi services. Sometimes an apartment just feels cozy - and this was definitely true here! Everything is exactly like in the pictures, but feels slightly larger. The kitchen is equipped well for most tasks and offers a very nice view. The bathroom has a modern feel to it and a great shower, the bedroom offers much space to store clothing. Also, the 24/7 mini market in the house turned out surprisingly big and quite useful. Overall I am very happy that we found this place. I can highly recommend it, as well as it’s professional owner.

The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood of Almaty and for staying a few days I can recommend this place.

Stay was good , view was very good and remarkable..calm and quiet place..near to central park

The apartment is small, just right for two to spend the night. A good place to stay for a short time. There is a private sector around, but there are several large shopping centers within a 20-minute walk. The owner is wonderful, always in touch

Всё было прекрасно. Красивейший вид на горы. Полно места. Не смотря на нашу музыку и хохот - соседи не жаловались. Вокруг полно вкусных ресторанов, да и на кухне готовили. Было место для всего - считаем, что очень удачно арендовали.

Symbat is a great Host... The apartment is very cozy with Beautiful Mountains and River view... We had a great stay. It is at a walkable distance from Sairan metro. The apartment is well guarded and has good security system. Very Peaceful place with great amenities. The place has 24*7 grocery shop as well. Symbat was very helpful at all the times. She helped us with everything. Symbat is definitely a great host...We hope to stay here again... 😊

Квартира уютная, все как на фото, только было несколько нюансов в виде плохо закрывающихся шкафчиков, но на впечатления о проживании это не повлияло, все необходимое в квартире есть) хозяин супер!
