Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Probably the best view on the Island. Look East to the Farne Islands and watch sunrise over two castles and the Island harbour or Lindisfarne Priory. Centrally located with parking right outside your door you will find Sea View the perfect place to plan your day. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

Hotspur Retreat is a recently renovated town house, a short walk from the centre of Alnwick, and its many visitor attractions. Over three floors, the house accommodates 3 bedrooms and a luxury bathroom, with feature bath and large waterfall shower. There is also a modern lounge with fire, fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops and integrated appliances, and patio doors leading to an outside dining area. Our lovely house has been a labour of love. My partner, Richard, with help from his brother, has put his heart into renovating and remodelling the house to a style we love. My part was sourcing all the retro furniture, tiles and paint colours which happens to be one of my favourite pastimes! The house reflects our quirky taste and my love of mid century furniture! Welcome to our holiday home. It's a lovely three-bedroom, three bathroom house located just behind the famous Barter Books, about 4 mins walk from the centre of historic Alnwick. It's also perfectly located (about a 10 min walk) for Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Newly decorated/carpeted, the house is the perfect place for a Northumbrian break. Alnmouth Bay is just under 10 mins drive, with Beadnell, Seahouses and Bamburgh about another 15 mins away.

Recently refurbished in November 2025, Marine Cottage is a beautifully presented stone-built, mid-terraced property located in the very heart of Amble, with only a few minutes walk to the harbour and beach. Shops, cafe’s and acclaimed local restaurants. The small beach with rocky outcrops has views towards the RSPB reserve Coquet Island, where puffins and grey seals are regularly seen is only a gentle stroll from Marine Cottage.
