Extremely cute and comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again in the future. My girlfriend and dog really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property and water. Only complaint is that the well water was smelly, which the owner warns about.

We had a great stay here while attending a wedding at the Howey Mansion. The place was very inviting, comfortable, and well stocked. Really appreciated the extra towels, efficient air conditioning, and the entire apartment. While it is on the third floor, the walk up was not hard, the steps have very good handrails. Excellent location if you need to stay in the area with great views from both bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Cozy & intimate is exactly what this place is. Although new to the game as Host, Malcolm is great. His communication is spot on. This place is cozy, comfortable, cost friendly and conviently located to so much. Minutes away by car is a huge variety of things to do. I-4 is just 2 lights away off exit 85. It's the physical dividing factor on this downtown property ...as this is an up & coming area. The price differential is crazy on the Hilton touristy side (100$+ differential) vs the older classic real Florida residential side. There's ample safe parking in the fenced in area of this home. We had the upstairs unit & as an older superhost, I was aware of the potential challenge of stairs but met this so easily. 😆 The downstairs unit is an option- just ask! I really love young Malcolm's investment, as he's new, friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed the quietness and the opportunity of entertainment just minutes away. it's a great deal.

10/10 best Airbnb experience ever in this home. After my family’s cruise we wanted to stay somewhere peaceful and fun to continue our vacation, and this home was everything we were looking for and more. As we were exhausted from our trip, the hosts graciously let us check in early so we could rest. Hosts were very welcoming and were responsive whenever I reached out. This home is perfect for a family getaway with a relaxing pool, outdoor mini golf, comfortable hammock, neon game room, and beautiful spacious kitchen. Home is located in a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of delicious restaurants near by and grocery stores. Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely be booking again in the future. 😊

The house was comfortable , inviting and very nice. Spacious layout within minutes of the UCF campus. Our family had a wonderful time, even with a few hiccups with the pool. But rest assured Jeremy made those few issues right. Will stay again and hopefully soon!

This place was one of the best yet!! Fantastic attention to every detail. Host was very responsive and sent many recommendations for local places. From entry to exit everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Clean and every detail from quality of linens to laundry pods available was just superb. The kids loved having games and video game to play on the patio. Kitchen was completely stocked and ready to fix family dinners. We will be seeking this place again when we are in the area. As a local who loves to experiences things not far from home this is such a beautiful and ideal place for those visiting near and far. Very spacious location with more than enough things to do inside and within the Champions Gate property. The pictures provided do not do this property enough justice with its cleanliness, space and overall modern aesthetic. Javier has a gorgeous property waiting for all of those who would wish to experience what Davenport and the surrounding areas have to offer. If you are looking for someplace to call home for the time you are visiting the area - this is the location to be!

We had a great stay in Kissimmee. The property is in a good location, close to the parks, shingle creek and a Walmart a couple of minutes away. Photos and space was exactly as advertised. We had ample space for our family, and the heated pool was a hit. Yamil was super responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Thank you!

This is the perfect location. Near restaurants, near activities. The home was beautifully decorated the Pool was heated and it had everything we needed to cook and enjoy.

Shawn was a great host. He gave clear instructions. Check in was quick and easy. The unit was quiet and extremely clean. The bathroom and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities one need for a week. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The resort amenities were beautiful. Great on-site restaurants. I loved watching movies while lounging at the pool. The location was great. It's pretty close to everything (restaurants, parks, highways, gas stations, grocery stores, and shops). The price paid was a steal in my opinion. Highly recommended!

Best by far Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. This place was well stocked with everything you would possibly need for a family with young children. So nicely decorated and welcoming. I would highly recommend. We were a party of 3 but 6 could comfortably stay here. Thanks for making our stay feel like home.

We have stayed at Orange Lake multiple times and have always enjoyed it. This was nothing different. Vacation was very easy to deal with and would recommend booking anytime with them.

We felt right at home while in Orlando because of this Air BnB. I was worried we would struggle because it is a large complex, but the GPS was spot on at the correct building and the unit was very easy to find. The complex is in amazing condition, amenities were great, and the unit was so relaxing. Everyone in my group kept raving about how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. There was an abundance of towels and they hostess will quickly respond if you need additional towels. We LOVED this Air BnB and will definitely be renting it again. Right outside the gates of the complex there are stores, liquor stores, Chipotle and other food/store options (you can walk there it is so close). Thank you for a great experience & amazing stay!

Omar was a great host his response time was very quick. He also was very understanding about needing a late check in. The area is nice everything you need is close by.
