Unique, self contained lodge set high aside a historic moat abundant with ducks, wildlife & view of the Blackwater Estuary. Quaint Burnham-on-Crouch is mins away with its marina/wedding venues/seal trips, pubs/cafes/shops/cinema & Museum. Pretty Maldon is just 20 mins away. Here at The Lodge pubs/cafes are just up the road or you can relax on the decking with a glass of wine from the local vineyards. Secure gated entrance & private parking to the side grounds of the owners house. Car Essential.

Perfect location for convenience. The Flat is situated just moments from Airport, Hospital, Roots Hall Stadium and Priory Park. Prittlewell Station is just a 22-minute walk away, and with the A127 nearby, you're well-connected to the rest of Southend and beyond. There are plenty of food shops and restaurants nearby, offering everything from quick bites to sit-down meals. Whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a quick stopover, our space combines comfort with unbeatable convenience.

Hallwood Lodge, a country escape

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hallwood Lodge is a beautifully positioned and a separate annex to the main house. The property is situated on a plot of approximately 1 acre on a country lane in rural Essex. Its is close to the towns of Maldon and Burnham-on-Crouch. It has modern facilities including a large kitchen, lounge, Smart 50' TV, separate bedroom with en-suite, outside patio with seating and parking for two vehicles. Also a fenced paddock for the dogs to run around.

Our detached lodge is set in the grounds of our gated property overlooking the hot tub and stable yard. It has 2 bedrooms and a large lounge with 2 sets of French doors to take in the views. TV,dining table and 4 chairs and comfy sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and toaster. Gas central heating and heated towel rail in bathroom. Private parking outside lodge and free airport parking for those flying from Southend airport. Cot and high chair available. DVD players and dvds

Cottage on the beach

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Wood cutter cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly refurbished annex cottage. Take time out, a bit of countryside , car ride to the city of Chelmsford and 7 mins in the car to historic Maldon, Cold norton is quite central for getting about, set in 1.5 acres, ideal for walkers leaving via the back gate onto footpaths across the fields towards Fambridge and Burnham on crouch , local village pub accepts dogs within walking distance. big tv netflix, complimentary drink at your own bar .

The Old Shop, Southminster

The Old Shop, in the heart of the Dengie, provides a clean, calm & comfortable stay. Completely private with its own entrance and free on street parking outside. On the edge of Southminster, a short walk from local amenities, surrounded by rural views & walks and a short drive to the coast bordering the Rivers Crouch and Blackwater. The Dengie is perfect for quiet and secluded walks and wildlife spotting or if you prefer more life Burnham on Crouch and Maldon have lots to offer.

Self Contained Studio in Wivenhoe

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

River View Apartment

Barge View apartment is an independent living space in the heart of Maldon. Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away. This stylish and cosy apartment was completed in January 2022

A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. Off-road parking space.

You’ll love my place because of the location, it's privacy as it's a self-contained lodge with its own access, and courtyard as well as off street parking My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
