The Dairy is situated on our 9 acre small-holding. Home to us and our animals. Situated on the edge of Alton village, 2 miles from Alton Towers. The Dairy has a large open plan living, cooking and area plus 2 separate double bedrooms and bathroom. Our Hot tub is available to hire for at an additional fee (this doesn’t have jets). It has a private south facing garden plus access to the adjoining field. Views of the fields, Dimmingsdale and the Churnet Valley. Outdoor seating with BBQ.

Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. Latham Hall Farmhouse, Ashbourne

Latham Hall is a large 19th century farmhouse located near the hamlet of Calton on the South West edge of the Peak District National Park, close to Dovedale, Ilam and the Manifold Valley. The possibilities for walking and cycling in this area are magnificent. The farmhouse stands a few hundred yards from the main Leek - Ashbourne road, the A52, so is easily accessible, yet it is also close to many of the main attractions of the area.
