The place was neat and clean, offering great value for money. It had a decent amount of space, and the host was very responsive and proactive throughout our stay. There was enough parking space for two cars, and the neighborhood was good and peaceful. Highly recommended!

This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

The place was absolutely delightful, kudos to caretaker (Sujith and his partner) who keeps the place in its pristine condition. Rooms are spacious and can take you back in time. My pet is extremely choosy about his sleep and people he meets, people there took care of him like their own and made his feel at home. Thanks to Roopa and team for preserving this place in its most beautiful condition. I would go back again! Note : If you’re a heavy breakfast seeker, plan for it with them in advance. The food was delicious but the only in limited quantity. Enjoy!☺️

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience we have had. The warmth and affection Viji Chechi showed made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. By the end of our stay, she felt like one of our family members. Another great thing about this property other than its stunning infrastructure,space and warm host is that it is pet friendly. Would definitely plan another visit soon.

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

The stay was amazing . we had a great time over there. From the moment we booked, the host, Bibin was so helpful and friendly. He helped us with our tight schedule. We only have a suggestion about the pool, that it would be even better if the pool hours were extended past 8:30 PM to allow for a more relaxing evening swim. But overall we had a great and pleasant time over there. Also the House felt like home.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . The stay was amazing, we four did love the ambiance. The pool is much larger in size compared to the photo given . One thing to notice is that the pool had some debris and as soon as I mentioned it to the caretaker and Mid they instantly took care of it. The food was good. We loved the friendly two cats.

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

The stay was comfortable, the host I'd responsive and proactive. The place is well located, however the approach road is narrow but surroundings are nice. The overall stay was comfi and the place is nice and as shown in photos. It was a truly pet friendly place and that made the difference. It was totally great value for money.

Staying at Raghav’s villa was an absolute delight! The place is beautifully rustic, offering a remote and peaceful retreat. The large yard, filled with towering trees, creates a stunning natural canopy, making it a perfect spot to relax. One of the highlights is the river right in front of the house, offering breathtaking views of the Chinese fishing nets—truly a mesmerizing sight! The yard is filled with mango and other large trees, and the swing hanging from one of them adds a charming touch. For recreation, there’s a bicycle and even a basketball court, making it a great place to unwind and stay active. The location is also fantastic—not too far from the city, yet secluded enough to feel like an escape. Overall, an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

My recent stay at V's property was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Mr. V had clearly provided directions to reach the place. The accommodation exceeded my expectations - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings really added to the charm of the place. The villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. The exterior was also very mesmerising with lots of trees and plants. One of the highlights of my stay was the personalized recommendations provided by the host for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. It truly enhanced our experience and allowed us to explore the area like a local. The host Mr. V went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable.
