Lovely 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment over carriage house. Modern stainless appliances in kitchen, 55" LED TV with cable, high speed internet, washer/dryer. Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

This unit is located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort in a very safe area. This is the "Hotel" side of the 2-sided condo. This is a great space for a 2 couples or family to share a hotel style condo nestled right in the center of the Island. This unit is the just a short walk to the beach and new 10 hole par 3 golf course! - Pool - downstairs - Beach Access - 0.3 miles - New 10 hole par 3 course - 5 minute walk! - Quaint downtown Fernandina Beach - 15 min by car

Entire apartment located in Historic Springfield. The apartment is warm and inviting with modern dark walls, cozy boho inspired decor and a recently updated kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size, cool gel memory foam bed. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

This cozy and private garage apartment is centrally located close to downtown and San Marco. It has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and an outdoor deck overlooking the river and lake. Secluded/Relaxing Farmhouse 20 min from airport

Farmhouse style one bedroom bungalow. Driving down you will be welcomed by the beautiful mossy 100+ year oaks that are as well all over the property, sit down by the emerald green pond and enjoy the fresh air. Pool is off limits. Just come and pet the Donkeys ( Chloe and Clementine) mother and daughter duo that love attention.

Seagrove Bungalow

Upstairs bungalow located above garage. Private and quiet surroundings located in downtown St. Marys. Walk to shopping and dining. Very close proximity to Cumberland Island ferry. Original photos show the kitchen without a stove we have recently renovated the kitchen adding a stove to make cooking easier for guests.
