Great place in an ideal location. Easy walk to all you need. Beautiful view in a very nice and clean place that has everything you need.

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. Super Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Strand. Apartment, Haus und Pool sind gepflegt. Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten auf dem Gang vorhanden. Das Appartment hat alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Suzi ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location, outside of downtown so it wasn’t loud. The room was smaller than I was expecting - but overall perfect for what we needed. Easy check-in with early check-in accommodations and recommendations in the area. Definitely recommend staying at the Monaco Vacation Rentals.

We had a wonderful stay. Melisa is a great host with great communication skills. The place was very clean and we felt safe and right at home. Great location! Washer and dryer were very useful. We could even walk (about 30 minutes) on the beach to the kiosks where there is a lot of delicious food available. Highly recommend this accommodation!

We had a great stay! My kids loved the pool and we had the whole pool to ourselves during our visit. The location was perfect!

The stay was exactly what I needed from beginning to end! Martina’s responsiveness was impressive and she was very accommodating in every way right down to personally bringing new batteries for the tv remote. Super host! Thank you ever so much for the enjoyable and peaceful visit - my new go to for R&R. I look forward to coming back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay! Patricia was responsive and flexible with our check in time. The place was perfect for what we needed. Finding the place was easy. The heat worked very well throughout the apartment. It had the necessities and for only one night stay, it worked for us. Highly recommend staying!

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

Phenomenal place. Had its own pool. Literally steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Bedrooms were comfortable. Extremely clean. Carol was so nice to work with & communicated quickly & effectively. We had the best stay. We had 6 adults and one child with us. We will definitely be back to Carol’s place!

Ricardo's place was great! We had 7 adults staying here, and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The mattresses were very comfortable. And everything was very clean! The house itself could use some modernizing but overall everything was great. Ubers were easy to call, and the location is super close to the San Juan airport. Ricardo was also very responsive and was also willing to let us keep our luggage on the premise after check out. I will flag that there is a washer/dryer, but it requires quarters. Also, this is Puerto Rico and so mosquitoes are everywhere - just be aware that they can get into the house if you keep the door open for too long. There is a 24-hour supermarket in the neighborhood, and the beach is right there. Great place if you plan to hang in San Juan, if you are wanting to spend more time in El Yunque, then this airbnb is far.

Great home! You can tell Deborah goes to great lengths to make her place comfortable and homey. (Down to a handwritten welcome note, chocolates, soda, snacks, and wine!). Location is perfect, walking distance to beach and fabulous restaurants. During our stay there was an issue with the internet beyond her control and she went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure we were compensated for the lack of internet. She was in constant contact and was so sweet in trying to make it up to us. Who needs internet when you are at such an incredible place! We look forward to coming back and booking with her again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well laid out with all the amenities we needed. We cooked a couple of large meals, and the kitchen had plenty of room. The backyard and pool area were secluded and very private. If you are pulling a wagon when going to the beach, we found it best to go north a couple blocks and take the public wooden walk over the sand dunes. We hope to come back next year.

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Beautiful home right on the beach. My family loved the infinity pool and we’re already planning our return.

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

What a great place !!! My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Marina’s place this Easter. We enjoyed beautiful views from balcony every morning. We used the pool every evening and enjoyed comfortable apartment that she has to offer. Beach and color of the water is just stunning. The building stuff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed every hour there and our kids didn’t want to go back home. We definitely come back next year. Thank you Marina🙂

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

We had a great time. Went during spring break and had some questions about PCB during that time. They answered all my questions and gave wonderful suggestions that made for a wonderful family vacation. The balcony view was breathtaking. Would stay there again. Randy S.

Great condo! It was perfect for us for the week. We enjoyed bringing in the New Year on the balcony which has amazing views of the gulf. Right on the beach. Very easy access. Can’t wait to come back!
