Need more room? Reserve "The Barndominium" or "The RV Hookup" , "Room 1 or 2" as well for a shared stay with friends or family. Both are located on the hub of our working ranch alongside our workshop. Enjoy peaceful scenery, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, or take time to explore the ranch around you.

This adult centered unit is equipped: queen size bed, organic sateen sheets, toasty gas heater in the winter, Reading Chair & Bar Cart. Other amenities include microwave, refrigerator, record player, vintage games, books and more. A perfect way to combine a connection to historic ranch land while having all the amenities of a comfortable stay.

Named for the two heritage oaks whose branches embrace the space, Twin Oaks features 2 bedrooms with a spacious jack-and-jill-style bath. The living space sparkles, with natural light from wall-to-wall glass sliders bouncing off polished concrete floors. The patio delights, with gorgeous views, firepit and heated stock tank pool for year-round soaking. Welcome to bliss, y’all.

These are common in hill country and cars of all sizes are fine... just drive slowly (10 mph)

Two Bedroom suite perfect for couples traveling together. We CANNOT host children under age 15. Comfortable furniture, marvelous views of the ponds below. Spacious suite with flat screen smart TV, and electric fireplace, central heating. whole house AC and mini split in summer. Both bedrooms ; king beds: one with spacious bath; walk in tile shower and tub for two. The second with shower. 6 other guests on the grounds in 2 other suites.
