We had an amazing time at Lleinny's place. We were hosting local family members and it was great to be able to have everyone under the same roof and enjoy family time! Sandra our cook was just amazing and took care of all 20 of us with ease. Malu our driver was just amazing! We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone! Beautiful home, amenities and surroundings! it was a blast!

For us, Laura’s place is near perfection! It has beautiful, private outdoor spaces, is steps away from a pristine and quiet beach, is homey, nostalgic and comfortable. It’s also clean, well equipped (especially with beach gear) and Laura was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We’ve already made plans to return! This is truly one of the best places we have stayed, and 30a is our absolute favorite part of Florida.

Absolutely stunning experience staying in a minor snowstorm that gave way to the most jaw dropping views of park city. Getting in would’ve been hairy without a capable 4WD, but even at night in the snow we were able to find Marty’s towering home. Amenities were excellent and well stocked. Furniture was comfortable and plentiful. Zero complaints.

There are not many places that make you sad when you leave. This is one of those places. It’s just breathtaking with the views from the screened-in porch, to a walk to a rocky beach just a few kilometers away. What an amazing place! The host is delightful and literally thinks of everything you will need for the most comfortable stay. We cannot wait to return someday for a longer stay!

We had an amazing time at the lighthouse! So much to do just on site alone. We wouldn’t even have had to leave to have an incredible time, but we did try out some of the host recommendations for dining and shopping.

This is a really fun place. It was perfect for my wife and I to have a quiet romantic weekend. We went hiking at 2 of the nearby state parks and just sat outside and enjoyed the fire both nights. The coffee setup is amazing. The kitchen is small, but it had a hot plate and grill so cooking was not an issue. I would 100% go back again.

Marks place was legit! Photos don’t do it justice. It’s the perfect get away for a solo trip or with your significant other ! The sound of the rushing water from the nearby creek knocked me out when it was time for bed! 😴 👌. Getting there was a lot of fun with Mark Peyton is use his jeep! It just added to the off grid experience. The first night we were greeted by a thunderstorm that lasted an hour or two. With us being so high up and all of the open windows it was a crazy cool experience! Maybe not for everyone but I thought it was siiiiick! Don’t use Waze to get directions to base camp, trust me. Use google maps and it will take you straight there. Overall we loved our stay !

Mafalda’s place is such a wonderful and unique stay. The converted windmill is so well equipped and the space utilized perfectly. The view from the property is beautiful, and having a morning coffee on the deck with sea views ans birds chirping was such a great start to our day! The property is in a great location for a quick drive or a walk to the waterfront, restaurants and the natural swimming area. Mafalda is a very thoughtful and most caring host. She made sure to check in to see that we were able to find and get into the place okay and even left a lovely welcome basket. Mafalda also sent recommendations of things to do around the island and place to eat and how far away they were, which was very helpful! Thank you Mafalda!

Perfect home for Harry Potter lovers. Everything for perfect! Will go back. The theater is perfect for a family in evenings.

Awesome birthday weekend. Really enjoyed staying here. View is fantastic. Waking up with the sun coming in & all the windows is a great way to start the day. Appreciate the peace of mind provided by the multiple security locks. Ample firewood for the fire pit, don’t have to buy or bring your own. Loved the hot tub, robes, luggage lift, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, Blackstone, swing bed, & so much more. My girlfriend & I play cards a lot & forgot to bring some. No fear, the welcome basket had a deck for us. There isn’t anything we lacked or wish we had but didn’t. No microwave & smaller fridge but we planned our meals around the Blackstone & brought a large cooler for storing multiple days of ice. Storage is limited but there is a lot of room under the bed (sits high) for storage. Shower room shower would be tricky if you didn’t read the directions they provide in the listing. We didn’t encounter anything they didn’t already point out ahead of time. Fun & unique experience!

Becky literally thought of every little detail and our stay was delightful. The entire home was very tastefully decorated with local art work, the bed was cozy, lots of extra towels, even bath robes hanging to use for when we went in the hot tub. My boys hung out on the top level and loved the 360 degree view. We didn’t want to leave!

Jason was incredibly helpful from my first interaction with him. He responded in a timely manner and was always available when I reached out. The lighthouse is so unique and has provided some amazing memories for my family.
