This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

This is a great place, right in the downtown of Marine City, you could walk to the city beach or the downtown area. The place was nice and clean. I would try staying here again!

Monica is an exceptional host – she left very thorough instructions, followed up with us consistently, and had a magical space that made us feel right at home. The bathroom and bath tub were incredible! The neighborhood is unique with lots of DIY parks and urban agriculture – lots of friendly neighbors who were open and welcoming to sharing the history of the area and their dedication to maintaining it. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! Detroit is an awesome city, and this is a great location to experience the best it has to offer!

From the moment I messaged Louise she was very open,honest and kind. Super easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Answering anything I asked. The home is gorgeous. I cant even begin to tell you how beautiful it really is. Every minor detail, decor piece and little detail is so well put together, homey and thoughtful. The house has a welcoming feeling about it to the point where youre so calm and at peace. That doesnt come easy. The rooms are spacious, and lots of storage if you need it. Bedding and beds are wonderful. The bathroom is also super amazing with a double sink for getting ready. The yard is stunning and well maintained, you can tell she takes great pride in every aspect of their home. It was a dream to stay here and I can not recommend it enough!! If you have the chance, please go stay here.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the extra towels and toiletries. We especially appreciated their quick responses and local recommendations.

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

Apartment is located within steps of Comerica Park, great location if you’re considering a sports event. Lots to do/see within walking distance. Apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Host is super friendly, communicative, flexible and proactive.

Perfect place for a short stay. I almost spent a couple hours in the second bedroom bc it was so nice. With a sink and stove, you might want to move in!

if you had children- the drop off to the beach below would be an issue and the staircase down to beach on scaffold was nerve-wracking and dodgy, property listed as beach accessible- safer to go to beaches close by- We drove into a messy trailer park/ construction zone ( 2 dirty trailers being worked on, garbage bins), clearly advertised as a cottage, not a trailer. once inside trailer, it was cozy, lots of places to relax and sit, firepit nice, cozy deck with lots of comfy chairs, lots of linens, games, 3 televisions, lots of cupboard space, blankets etc INSIDE place was clean, inside was charming, backyard had lots of places to relax, so it is a nice place to relax and enjoy a weekend. Hosts were super responsive and kind. I really think that once the fixing up outside is done, its going to look super. I just wish we had been told about it before we drove in/paid-and that the beach access was not scary.

We’ve stayed at Kal’s place a handful of times now. We enjoy the space and convince of the river access. He’s very responsive when you send him messages, and accommodates with anything needed. Great host! We will be back to stay!

I was very happy with the scenery, calmness, location and comfort of the house. Hosts are as described, helpful and very responsive. They we're easy to work with and try to make the stay as good as possible. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The place was extremely beautiful and clean. The location is soothing on the eyes. Chris was very accommodating and generous.

Cute as expected. Stayed for a quick overnight. Centrally located to lots of things to see. Perfect doc space out back to watch the sunset. Highly recommend.

Home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Heidi was very responsive, assisted with recommendations, and expectations were clear. We really enjoyed the basement / game area. The only thing we didn’t love was no curtains / privacy off the front with the big open windows. With lights on, I am sure you could see our every move. Also would have loved to see a couple chairs on the front deck to sit on. Maybe that’s seasonal and they come out at some point. Overall, we had a relaxing peaceful weekend and that’s exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
