Cozy Seaside Cottage with Bay Views in Homer, AK

Charming & peaceful 2-story seaside guesthouse for up to 3 guests located near town with stunning bay views, a private & peaceful atmosphere & frequent eagle sightings. Enjoy morning coffee in the cozy sitting area by large bay windows. This private 960 sq ft space includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, queen bedroom, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, WiFi, and on-site parking. Located in a separate building next to the host’s home, it offers both comfort and privacy.

Redoubt Cabin

Our Redoubt Cabin is located on the bluff with amazing views of the Cook Inlet. This cabin offers a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed then connects to small bedroom with twin, and 2 twin beds in upstairs loft. Located 1 mile from Anchor Point River and 15 miles from Homer, the cabin is one of 5 on 5 private acres, with over 200 feet of space to the next cabin. Shared amenities include a gazebo with a firepit, griddle, picnic tables, fish cleaning station, hammock, and viewing deck.

Second and third story (loft bedroom) with sweeping views of Kachemak Bay. Free breakfast items, turo rental car available. Ideally a 1 br.- a deluxe queen air mattress and twin size sleeping pad are available for extra guests. Large windows with view w/ ample amounts of natural light. Quiet neighborhood set in a mature spruce forest. 15 mins from the spit, 10 from town, 2m from Rogers Loop hiking. Private entrance on deck with grill, with a wood fired sauna. Full kitchen, and laundry.

Island Watch

A cozy spot for adventurers to crash. This mother-in-law style apartment is below our home just 3 miles from downtown Homer. We have kids, cats, dogs, chickens, bunnies, and two horses, it’s nothing short of an actual zoo/circus around here. While your unit is private, there will be any of the above mentioned running around in the yard at any given time. We can’t promise you won’t hear occasional footsteps but we will promise to “whisper yell” at our kids to not run in the house :)

We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $85/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.
