The property is squeaky clean! Great for a single person or couple. Kitchen has almost everything you will need. We did cook a few dinners and everything was available. There was no pizza pan but we made it work. The washer/dryer was in the bedroom (kind of odd) and vented its heat into the room (don’t wash or dry clothes close to bedtime). A little noisy in the neighborhood but things quieted down in the evenings. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Corey and Beth were great hosts. Communication was great. Check in time was flexible. Home was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, chinaware, spices. Great location, just a short 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Convenient market right across the street. Best part of our stay was meeting Sam, Corey and Beth's dog. He was a sweetheart ❤️ Highly recommend Corey and Beth's home, thank you again for hosting our group 😊

We recently stayed a few nights in Anchorage to visit our daughter and overall had a pleasant experience. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a definite highlight for us! The bathroom was clean and functional, making our stay enjoyable. We did notice that the kitchen could have been more user-friendly with a few additional items like extra trash bags, aluminum foil for baking, Ziploc bags, spray oil, kitchen towels, and ice cube trays. It would have made meal prep and clean-up much easier. The washer and dryer were a nice convenience, although the dryer did keep turning off after about 10 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, the neighborhood was very quiet, and we loved watching people walk their dogs and taking in the beautiful mountain views from the front window. we are happy to say that our needs were met. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This place was great!! Perfect for a couple of nights in Anchorage! Very comfortable and clean! Also the shower has amazing water pressure!!

The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. We appreciated that it had a fridge, a microwave and access to laundry machines. It was quiet at night. I would stay here again.

The host was very proactive in communication and made sure we had the information before we arrived. Access was easy and the directions were clear. I appreciated how convenient the location was to all the activities we had planned.

This was a wonderful place for me. It was close to alaska regional hospital and also close to shopping. communications with my host was great. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cozy. My grandson stayed with me for a couple days. And all the amenities we're available. Also, there was really nice parks in the area for my two-year-old grandson. I would definitely stay here again

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!
