welcome to our 2 bedroom,1 bathroom charming southside apartment in Anchorage, Alaska. The apartment features a beautiful, elongated deck with a cozy firepit, access to a large yard, and a grill for barbequing. Our location is unbeatable- with easy access to the North and South highway to explore all Alaska offers! Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and local businesses. A short 10-minute drive to Downtown Anchorage,8 miles to Ted Stevens Airport, and 15 miles to JBER.

This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Unique modern loft 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Cool A/C in bedroom, spiral staircase, sunny floor-to-ceiling windows and live plants. Comfortably furnished, conveniently located between Midtown and Downtown Anchorage. This charming home base is perfect for embarking on your Alaskan getaway. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

Perfect private guest suite on first floor of our home. We live upstairs and you can hear us, and may bump into us as the main entrance is shared. We are super friendly and stay pretty incognito. The suite is private and closed off from rest of house. It’s a 2BR, 1BA, and a small kitchenette including a microwave, plug-in hot pad, mini fridge and sink. Access to the laundry room and parking. You're a 20-minute drive from downtown Anchorage, and near nature. Bonus we have an adorable dog.

What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Relax in this private 1-bedroom downstairs mother-in-law apartment nestled at the base of Mount Baldy, in walking distance of downtown Eagle River, and a 15 minute drive from Downtown Anchorage. We have everything you need for your trip to Alaska. Be forewarned, you will most likely meet our Doodle (Nala) during your stay, it is a kid friendly household, and an old house with baseboard radiant heat. The house stays nice and warm, but during the winter the whole place crackles.
