Very nice stay in one side of Kris and Hal's duplex. This is a great location in Anchorage - walking distance from a nice market/coffee shop, downtown Anchorage with many places to eat and drink, and a short walk to the beautiful coastal trail for walking, biking, skiing. The two of us were very comfortable, felt nicely welcomed by Kris and Hal, and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful apartment with a cozy gas fireplace. Highly recommend this place and location in Anchorage!

One of the beds could have been a little more comfortable, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great host! Very nice home - rustic feel.

Kaitlin and Craig's place has spacious living area, it was perfect for my family. It was very well stock, which was great. And my kids loved the toys that were included as well. We recommend this place.

This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Ashleigh was quick to respond to questions and so nice. The house was stocked with so many extra necessities and is great if you’re traveling with children. My daughter loved playing with the toys and games that were provided. We loved that it was an easy 10 minutes into downtown!

This was our third stay at Joey’s “Cozy Ranch House.” It happens to be the perfect size and location for our particular group. We love the hot tub; and the living area is very comfortable. And Joey is very helpful.

Loved staying here. We came in town for a hockey tournament and the house was centrally located for the different rinks. The location was great for restaurants. The house was nice and my ten month old took some of her first steps there! We loved that the home was kid friendly and my 4 year old has already asked to go back to the "hotel house". Thanks for a great stay!

We were in much need of some rest and relaxing, so we did stay indoors quite a bit, the surroundings gave us the peace needed to do that. When we did venture out for some shopping it was very easy to get downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Spent a lovely week at John and Hennie's place. Really great location, central to many places. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The heating/radiators did make some noise at night when they turned on but after the first night we never really noticed them any more. John and Hennie also welcomed us with some snacks and water and the apartment came with pretty much all the amenities we needed. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Have booked Joe's place on multiple occasions for several different employees. Always pleased with the stay. Host is always responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described and even the kitchen was very well equipped. It only took us around 10min to get to downtown. Thank you!

Place super clean very nice.Just like what you saw on the photos. I would 💯 recommend their place to anyone. The location was nice, and quite it wasn't what I expected to be from outside. An absolute favorite of mine! This place is perfect for when I’m staying in Anchorage for work and need to be a walkable distance to downtown. Teresa goes above and beyond for her guests! Her place has everything you could need, and some really amazing additional touches and amenities. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to be a regular! Teresa is so accommodating and friendly. The heated garage, yoga mats and exercise equipment, fully stocked kitchen and coffee supplies….*chef’s kiss*

Our stay at Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown and local attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was Dan’s exceptional hospitality. He was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We highly recommend this property to future guests - it's a gem! 5 stars ⭐️ for it! The only thing that could improve the unit is a bench by the front door, but other than that, this was perfect. You are close to shops and the neighborhood is quiet. Kirstyn was very welcoming and the unit was pristine. The beds are super comfy too.

Excellent Stay! Helpful host, very clean, beautiful unit, great views and excellent location! All amenities one needs! All in all, top shelf experience and host, would rent in a second a recommend completely! We hope to be back soon!

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.

This is my Alaska home when I’m in Anchorage for work! I love this place. Perfect location, you can walk to downtown (slight uphill) and to watch the sunset on the patio is beyond words. Can’t wait to come back in the late summer.

Friends of mine had stayed here before and loved it, and it worked out great for us too! Very convenient location, and the apartment has everything you need. We ended up eating at restaurants for most meals, but the kitchen was well stocked and would be great for longer stays.
