if you're looking for an affordable yet cozy place to stay when visiting the hundred islands, this is the place to stay. ❤️ hosts are very accommodating. They are also responsive whenever we queries or concerns.

Nice place to stay for a getaway. The property is next to the beachfront. Caretakers very helpful and accomodating. However, there is no free wifi to connect to just like any other places provide. This is significant to me since not all foreign guests have local phone network.

The place got everything what we needed, near the beach, quiet too. The host was responsive and generous, she let us stay for extra 6hrs and it was free. EJ, the caretaker, responded quickly whenever we needed assistance, he was friendly, and punctual. Thank you again, and we had a great experience staying at the place!

It was our first time in Anda and we couldn’t have picked a better place to represent the peace and quiet of the place! The cottage is situated in a serene surrounding where you can just hang out with your friends and family, or on your own while listening to the sound of the ocean. One thing to note though is that the place is relatively not touristy so restaurant options might be limited but the cottage should have everything you need to bond over cooking. The public market is also a few kms away so I highly recommend planning accordingly. I’m so glad we found this place—it’s so much lovelier irl! Thanks so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Will definitely come back again! ♥️

The place was beautiful! ❤️ the pool was clean and refreshing! The beach had big waves but the view was spectacular 😊 the staff were friendly and helpful! Overall we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer

It was as expected! But thought we had the whole resort to ourselves but nevertheless still a great find for the price!

Great place to unwind and get away from the busy city. The location is 5 minutes away from city center and the port area. Although, the home was far from the main road (might be challenging if you don't have a private vehicle.) The home's surrounding was peaceful. True "probinsya" vibes. Lots of parking space. Inside, it was a cozy interior. Everything was clean and functional. There are 7 beds that can fit at least 2 person each, and the aircon units were cold. There's 1 restroom that has both toilet and shower, plus 1 shower only, and 1 toilet only. Complete kitchen. Ate Iyang (Marilyn) was an excellent host, promptly responding to messages and inquiries. For our island hopping, she guided us to the port and assisted until we got into our boat. She also accepts orders for home-cook food at a reasonable price, all of which tasted great. All our meals were prepared by her. Don't forget to ask about some Daing na Bangus! Overall, a fun and restful stay. Easily recommendable.

Good place to stay for a large group. Very kind and accomodating owner (Elisa) and very helpful house care taker (Nico). Near the 3 caves, falls, and light house. We used the main building with 3 rooms and there were 30 of us. The other rest house was prepared as well in case we will use it too. The place was spacious including the kitchen /dining hall. Near the shoreline they have a kubo, net duyans and few wooden tables and chairs. We left a cellphone in the room and they are helping us how to get it back. Overall stay was fun, really noteable is Nico, very accomodating from day 1.

Our stay in Patar Beach was great because of Dela Cruz Transient House. I am so glad that we found this place on Airbnb since it was much cheaper than other places. PRICE: 6800 for 12 people, much cheaper than others DISTANCE: Just a few steps and you will already see the beach. Just a 1 minute walk to reach the clear waters of Patar Beach. LOCATION: This part of Patar Beach is the best because the seabed is free of rocks compared to the other parts of Patar Beach. The water is very shallow and free of waves. There are a lot of stores selling food and amenities nearby. CROWD: This part of patar beach is very popular. One of the most crowded beach that I've ever been to but it doesn't hinder you to enjoy the place. Patar beach deserves this popularity. CLEANLINESS and AMENITIES: The house is clean and the amenities listed were usable. We were able to grill and cook while we were staying. HOST: The host is very punctual in replying to us and is very hands-on when we got there.
