Andes : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Fuimos a Buzios por 5 noches con nuestro hijo de 2 años. A pesar de ser un alojamiento de dos plantas era razonablemente seguro para un niño muy pequeño (aunque lógicamente hay que estar atento a la escalera). La construcción y equipamiento están bien pensados y son de muy buena calidad. Los dos baños abajo y arriba son un plus de comodidad. Está muy bien ubicado y es bastante silencioso. Analizia estuvo siempre a mano y atenta. Absolutamente recomendable.

Procurava um lugar especial para surpreender a meu marido no aniversário de 60 anos dele. E não poderia ter achado lugar melhor que a casa do Dário na Ilha Comprida. Que lugar incrível! A casa é uma delícia, super equipada, os jardins bem cuidados, a gente percebe o tanto de amor depositado em cada pedacinho daquele lugar. E estar ali isolado, só você e o mar, não tem palavras. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos, nos ajudaram a carregar nossas coisas na nossa chegada (e olha que trouxemos um monte de comida), a Ninha veio lá de longe só para preparar nosso café da manhã. Meu filho mais velho ficou feliz em encontrar toda a estrutura necessária para fazer as pizzas napoletanas que ele faz tão bem. Estávamos com nossos dois filhos, um amigo e um casal de amigos noruegueses, todos ficaram extremamente satisfeitos. Voltaremos com certeza!

Apartamento EXCELENTE, condomínio EXCELENTE, lugar lindo, a hospedagem entrega TUDO que está no anúncio! O local onde está localizado é bem central e tem todo tipo de comércio perto, dá para ir a pé em todos! Fomos extremamente bem atendidos pelo Djiovany e pela Carla, que além de extremamente educados, foram muito prestativos e sempre respondiam as mensagens rapidamente! Iremos voltar com toda certeza!

Una estadía muy agradable en la casa de Víctor, muy atento siempre para cualquier consulta.

Apartamento amplio, limpio y moderno, con todo lo necesario y todo funciona bien. Gracias a Roky por su hospitalidad y rapidez en las respuestas, el sr Dario excelente persona, muy bien con la carpa de playa. La vista al mar es espectacular desde el balcon. Cerca hay tiendas y supermercados, 7 dias maravillosos.

This location has a private beach and is walking distance to restraunts, marina, and Playa Flamingo. We wish it had a pool. AC and WiFi were good.

Un apto muy ameno… tal cual las fotos. Muy cerca de la playa, equipado y buena combinación con Amelia. Sin duda volvería!

Já tinha me hospedado 2 vezes na Cobertura do Gustavo, no mesmo prédio, mesma torre, muito , muito boa! Desta vez, ficamos tb no apto da Flávia, que é experiência à parte. Cada cantinho pensado com muito bom gosto e criatividade, fazendo com que a hospedagem vá além de apenas descansar. Flávia, foi um privilégio ter ficado no seu lindo apto, voltaremos com certeza. Além de tudo, os funcionários do condomínio são extremamente gentis, educados e proativos. PERFEITO!!

Wonderful location. Literally can’t be beat. Step out to the beach, outdoor shower, pool and lots of lounge space. Walkable grocery and restaurants. Surf lessons and snorkel tours picked us up in the beach.

J ai adoré mon séjour l endroit est formidable. Le balcon donne une très belle vue sur l océan et les coucher de soleil sont a couper le souffle. Le spot est parfait pour aller surfer et profiter pleinement de la plage et la piscine. Pour se rendre au village il est préférable de se louer une petite bicyclette, moto ou kart de golf ! Il est certain que j y retourne l année prochaine!

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren eine Woche zu sechst im Firefly Beachhouse und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Der Zugang zum Strand ist abenteuerlich und hat dem Ganzen noch eine besondere Note gegeben. Der pool war für uns sehr praktisch, da unsere Kinder (4 und 5 Jahre) dort baden konnten, wenn im Meer zu hohe Wellen waren. Die Spaziergänge zu den piedra Colorado und zum playa grande sind sehr zu empfehlen !

Absolutely loved staying in Karen and Chiri’s beautiful home. Karen met us at check in and was very friendly and welcoming. She was kind enough to bring us homemade banana bread and delicious local blue bananas. The house was very private, tastefully decorated and felt quite safe. The backyard pool and view from the bedroom balcony were our favorite parts. The kitchen was well stocked and had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy. The house was within walking distance of the beach and several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend dining at Los Almendros, Karen and Chiri’s restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

The house was absolutely stunning upon arrival. The house was stocked with basic pantry supplies which made us feel right at home! The pool and amenities were incredible, and they even had pool toys for my 5-year-old who never left the pool! We will certainly be inquiring about rebooking next spring break:)

La estadía fue agradable y tranquila por el buen espacio y distribucion del inmueble, la cercanía al mar y playas tranquilas, y en especial el servicio amable, cortés y la excelente preparacion de los alimentos al gusto del usuario por parte de la señora María Teresa, a quien agradecemos mucho. El desplazamiento al centro principal de supermercados y cajeros queda un poco retirado, aunque hay transporte y se cuenta con una tienda y expendio de pescado al frente del conjunto.

This was by far one of the most beautiful AirBnB's we've every stayed at. It really felt like a mini resort. We had two families, and everyone was able to have their own room and space. Most of our time was spent in the gorgeous pool or in the outdoor kitchen. The pictures are accurate, but everything is more wonderful than the pictures. There is wildlife everywhere - gorgeous birds, geckos, howler monkeys down the street. The pantry off the kitchen protects your food, and we had no problems with bugs (we were told it was the time of year). We did have a couple of friendly birds that begged for food, but they were amusing to watch. The location, though remote, is in a gated community and was very safe. It was only a 10 minute walk to a beach that seemd almost private...not more than a few dozen people at a time on a beach that had to stretch for a mile. Do not hesitate to rent this place!!!

A casa é incrível e o lugar é perfeito para se conectar à natureza. Amamos todo o tempo que passamos na casa, esperamos poder retornar em breve!

We loved our stay at El Remanzo. The location is incredible, wonderful views, and the house is super comfortable. We were a big group with multiple children, but felt totally comfortable and safe in the area with our kids. Would absolutely come back here again!

Steve and Victoria were waiting for us at the dock and immediately carried our luggages to the bungalow. They were really helpfull with many things. The bungalow is in a peaceful place far away of the crowd with so many birds, but it’s easy to go on every islands in bocas and really close to the big town (5min). I would definitely go back!

Sasha's place is perfect! We have stayed there 2 years in a row. We love it because it is so close to the beach and the pool is right outside the condo door! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and it was really clean when we arrived!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

OBSESSED. The views, the space, the communication, the location… y’all. We’re sooooooo happy with our stay!!! We felt like kids in a candy shop exploring this house. It’s just SO beautiful. The decor and amenities inside are super thoughtful. The views are breathtaking!! We loved sitting on the porch sipping coffee, reading, etc. We loved the proximity to Father Rooster’s—a sweet little restaurant close by. It’s super tourist-friendly, but still felt authentic. Check in was smooth, after making contact with the on-site security (which we greatly appreciated!!). Communication with our host throughout the process was flawless! A couple of things to note: 1) The A/C units worked perfectly in the bedrooms; keeping the main living area cool during the heat of the day was a little tougher. But you are in Central America, after all! 2) The main bed was too soft for us. 3) Keep in mind that CR is a developing country, this house is on the edge of the neighborhood, and CR driving is nutty!
