Es ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Dorfplatz entfernt. Viele der ursprünglichen Merkmale wurden beibehalten, was dem Haus einen rustikalen Charme verleiht, jedoch mit modernen Einrichtungsgegenständen.

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
