Relax with your friends, your whole family or even by yourself in our beautifuly updated, spacious yet cozy & peaceful piece of heaven. We are an accessible, family friendly, well-stocked hideaway in the country that has super quick access to all restaurants / shopping and other city amenities. If you need a date that is blocked or a short stay, please ask. We sometimes block dates for repeat guests and friends that may change. Tiny house is on site to rent for extra guests when available.

Woodlands Guesthouse

Unique 30 acre estate located just 5 minutes from Stephen F Austin University. A gated home surrounded by towering pine and oak trees, meandering creeks, and a lovely walking nature trail. The spacious main house has 3 bedrooms, with a king in the master, a queen in the guest room, and a bunk bed in the children’s rec area. Spa-like master bathroom, full guest bath, and a powder bath. A 4th bedroom is located just steps away in the indoor pickleball barn conversion. Relax around the pool & deck

Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Lakefront Sam Rayburn modern home - amazing views!

Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

Surrounded by tall hickory and oak trees, you'd never know a bustling little town, the oldest town in Texas, is just 10 miles down the road! But once you're here, you may never leave!

Windmillhill, Efficiency apt.

A little heaven , tucked away at the back of 3 acres at back of our property. Cal and Carolyns little efficiency apt stays booked almost year round. Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. This apt has code pad entrance

The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

Peach Door Cottage

Escape from the city! The Pink Door is a cozy guest house located in the Pineywoods of East Texas. The pink door cottage is the upstairs sister to our Carriage House. Along with great views, we have a country feel only 6 miles from town. We are located near Lufkin, Nacogdoches, and Lake Sam Rayburn. Enjoy the stocked pond, fire pit, grill, and gazebo. Meet our ducks Dilly and Dally as enjoy feeding the turtles and fish. Relax and enjoy all this area has to offer.

Little Pine Cabin Sam Rayburn

Lakefront with convenience to town! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway for 2-4. Little Pine Cabin is located in a quaint compound on the shores of Lake Sam Rayburn, but conveniently situated to visit Lufkin (18 miles), Huntington (15 miles) and Nacogdoches (20 miles). The cabin has beautiful views of the lake and complete access to our expansive shoreline. Please note this is an open concept cabin. There are walls but no doors.

Cedar Tree Cottage

Take a break in the Cedar Tree Cottage! Sit on the spacious porch built just in among the trees and enjoy the privacy of your own space. All the amenities from home are included, with parking for 2 vehicles, a full kitchen, living space, private bedroom, spacious bathroom, along with a washer & dryer! Just a 5-10 minute drive to anything in Lufkin. Long term stays welcome!

Fully Furnished (downstairs) House Apartment

We bought this house, which is literally right next door to us, for Airbnb guests. It is a house that is divided into two spaces, a top and bottom unit. This listing is for the bottom unit which has a bedroom/living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The washer and dryer is shared in a separate shed space downstairs. Each unit has its own entrance.

Come enjoy the country life in the Alazan community just 6 miles out side of Nacogdoches and a 10-12 minute drive to Stephen F. Austin State University.
