Built in the 1820s, it has lots of original features; open fireplace, yet has the comforts of modern living ; wifi, central heating. Versatile and very comfortable trundle beds, which convert to either a single, twin or king size in bedrooms- sleeps 4. A peaceful, rural location with stunning sea view over the bay, a dog friendly pub 8 mins walk away and 30 mins walk down the hill to the beach.

This is a cottage you will love spending time in. Its warm and cosy rooms with exposed beams, make it a year round destination. There will be no shortage of help in the kitchen where the imposing arched window frames the stunning view of Amlwch Port and the ever changing sea beyond. The renowned Anglesey Coastal Path is on the doorstep and for anglers it's just a short walk to fish from the harbour wall or arrange fishing or sightseeing boat trips. Wonderful beaches, great places to visit.

Glan Rhyd -Tranquil Country Cottage

Glan Rhyd is a 200 year-old country cottage idyll, centrally situated with easy access to the whole of Anglesey. Secluded within its own tree-lined wildflower meadow alongside the River Alaw, it offers peace and tranquility second to none. The cottage is semi-detached with its own entrance, parking & facilities including modern kitchen, en suite bathroom, shower & Sky TV. The owner lives next door, and the resident (wild) owls live at the bottom of the meadow! Pets unfortunately not allowed.

We are located just 5 minutes away from the A55 making us a perfect hub from which to explore the delights of both Anglesey and Snowdonia. Also located on the famous coastal path of Anglesey. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds.
