Located in a private cottage community in Anglo Rustico. Centrally located between Charlottetown and Cavendish for easy commute around PEIs most desired attractions. Short walking distance to a red sand community beach that overlooks North Rustico Harbour. A three minute drive will take you to the beautiful Barachois Beach. The Happy Place -Water front Double Living Space

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Doorways are slightly lower at 6 feet.

2-bedroom Guest Suite - 5 min to PEI National Park

This guest suite is located 20 minutes away from Charlottetown, and 5 minutes from Prince Edward Island National Park (and the beach). It's about 20 minutes away from the famous Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables house. This 2-bedroom suite has a private entrance with free parking. It's attached to our main house and is surrounded by 20 acres of farmland. License number: 1201164
