We're also less than 30 minutes from Clear Creek State Park and Cooks Forest. You can walk to a grocery store, gas station and the Post Office. There's a laundromat nearby.

This is an incredibly private, remote country setting. The property is a clean, furnished house with small front and a large back porch and a view of 3 mowed acres. Home is situated on 5 acres surrounded by mature forest. It's a beautiful and peaceful place with hiking and wildlife at your fingertips. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
