The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Short drive to the famous Royal County Down and Ardglass golf courses! Cosy one bedroom house, certified by Tourism NI, with kitchen, dining/living area and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs bedroom adjoins a 2nd living area - the 'look-out'.

A home away from home, in the grounds of our family holiday home, the house is just 300m away from the entrance of Tollymore Forest Park. Unwind in the hot tub soaking in the dramatic view of the Mourne Mountains. Inside, relax in front of a cosy wood burning stove. Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.

Hollymount self catering Cottage with its traditional stone faced exterior and beautiful surroundings, is the ideal getaway location. This newly refurbished, well equipped cottage provides the perfect accommodation for six people- 2 double and 2 single beds including all of your home comforts. Cook local prawns on the BBQ and explore the history of the lough by paddleboard. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

The Barn at Pink Cottage is close to Downpatrick, Strangford Lough and right at the centre of Game of Thrones filming locations in County Down. You’ll love my place because of it's quirkiness, cosiness, stained glass windows and medieval feel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, honeymooners, walkers and anyone wishing to just get away from it all and kick back in a beautiful tranquil setting.
