The Old School Kilmore

Located in the small village of Kilmore, next to the Parish Church, this Four-Star rating old School House is full of charm and history. Built in 1823, it welcomed 86 students daily and was a school until 1967. Central for day trips north and south, and a short drive to Armagh with its Cathedrals, Library, and Planetarium. Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Steeped in 100’s of years of history, and home place of the foundation of the Orange Lodge, (LOL 1 is a stones throw away), we have a stunning, peaceful home nestled amid rolling hills, a stream and ancient orchards. Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has a large family kitchen and living area, a reading room, a sitting room, utility and storage. Outside the gardens reflect the seasons and the sun sets are breathtaking from the large patio. Tranquility awaits.

This traditional, 3 bedroom Georgian cottage, steeped in history, offers a cosy retreat in a beautiful countryside setting. A beautiful modern S/C apartment located on the edge of Oxford Island Nature Reserve set on the shores of Lough Neagh only 20 minutes south of Belfast, 30 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the Mourne mountains . The house is set on the grounds of a thatch cottage where we live with dogs, cats and hens which roam about freely waiting to welcome newcomers and overlooks stunning countryside. Titanic Exhibition, shopping and high end restaurants are all within easy reach.

Ennismore house is a spacious 2 bedroom semi detached bungalow with a large fully equipped kitchen / dining area, living room, bathroom, utility, Wi-fi and off street parking in a quiet rural location but only a few minutes from M1 junction 12. Also just a short walk from the award winning “Head of the Road” pub restaurant where you can enjoy great food. Ideal for a quiet weekend getaway, base to explore all the mid ulster area has to offer or as a stop over when working nearby.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.
