My stay was wonderful everything I need it, peaceful place to rest, I love the location and Neighborhood. Close to the downtown area, where there were many restaurants, market and stores. Communication was great! The both showers didn't have hot water, that needs fixing. Everything else was incredible, cant wait to be back!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

The location is in a great area. Lots to do, great restaurants and great views! The place was very clean and the people very friendly and helpful. A gift card was left for a wonderful restaurant = Green Street. It was wonderful with great food. Michael my waiter was extremely helpful and advised on several beaches close by. I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable property in a great location. ~Barbara

I had a most amazing family trip at Pamela’s house. Not only was everything in pristine condition, but it was exactly what I had hoped for in every way. Endless amenities; close access to the beach, the dock was serene and lovely, we enjoyed the hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, pool, hammocks, ping pong. There was nothing I could ask to be different or change and Pamela was so easy to work with as a hostess.

Our Stay at Marlena’s Place was just what we needed she was truly a wonderful Host ! Communication was a breeze .. and I highly recommend this home ..the design of the home was in true Soflo style and offered many areas to lounge … the kitchen had everything you needed .. the highlight of the inside is the back game /Tv /Den area our children did not want to leave that game room full stocked with games and dedicated work space was a plus ..the backyard is the true highlight of the entire home ..outdoor living room with TV was enjoyed all day and night .. the pool area was awesome … and had everything you need from floats to toys for the kids .. we will definitely be back next time we are in town !

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this Airbnb in Santiago! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive. The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—modern amenities, cozy bedding, and a fantastic location that made exploring the vibrant city a breeze. The neighborhood was lively yet safe, with local eateries and cultural gems just a short drive away. I loved the thoughtful touches, like fresh coffee and helpful tips about Santiago’s hidden spots. This was hands-down one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend even though we are not far from Miami we wanted to stay the night somewhere to have a girls night out. Charciette’s place felt very homie,cozy and comfortable for my friends and I. We really enjoyed the vintage yet modern design in the house! Very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend this stay, please enjoy!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

We had a fantastic stay! Gee was incredibly responsive, understanding, and clear in all her communications, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The backyard setup for kids was absolute gold! It was a slide, swings, basketball rim, pool, and clubhouse, it felt like a private little playground! I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here for anyone reading this!

Overall such a fabulous weekend at Nicole’s villa! Yes some of the things other reviewers stated were true. But the overall stay and experience outshined those small comments. Would 10 out of 10 recommend for those looking to stay with family and friends who are really trying to spend time with each other. My quick weekend stay here was great. The condo was clean and ready when I arrived. The location is ideal for the beach. Going downstairs and out the back leads you right to the nice pool. Out the gate is a direct path to the beach. If you're looking for something to eat, I'd suggest the Argentinian restaurant Patagonia across the street...delicious food, desserts, coffee, etc. All tha being said I'd definitely recommend this condo for your getaway.

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

From every Airbnb stay I have eve had, Jesica has been by far the BEST host I have come across. She was not only caring, she was super responsive and dealt with every concern I had. There was a delay with getting the room cleaned from the hotel and Jesica and within minutes Jesica had called the hotel to rectify the issue. She was also so kind to make my first travel experience with my 2 month old baby a comfortable one to remember! The place is stocked with all the travel essentials that you don’t want to drag along with you and MORE. If I ever have to travel again to Miami with a baby I know I’m coming back here. The view to the ocean was beautiful but what really made my stay memorable was Jesica being such an accommodating and responsive host who cares about her guests, it makes a huge difference in the experience.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

This is what an air bnb should be. It’s clean, great mattress decent furniture, lots of towels and it was as pictured! Wish it had a better view but we knew this when we rented it. The area is great one block off the beach or one block the other way to the intercostal. The water taxi is a great way to sight see! Thanks again for letting us use your place.

Claudia and Pablo are very responsive and helpful hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and left wine and granola bars for us as a welcome gift. Unit has beautiful views and is equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine if you’re traveling with a family (high chair, stroller, etc). Highly recommend!

Excelente alojamiento, Thomas siempre pendiente a lo que se necesita y dispuesto a la resolución de problemas. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de la quinta avenida caminando y a 1 minuto de uno de los puntos de encuentro de los parques Xcaret y otros. Todo excelente y el edificio también al nivel.
