Perfect for a wee break away. Views are amazing and weather was perfect.

A really lovely accomodation that met our needs. Spacious caravan that easily accomodared 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 dogs. We felt at home there and it was really well equipped. The site where it is situated is idyllic and beautiful with lovely walks and beaches. We qould love to return for a longer stay to explore more of this beautiful piece of Scotland. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely loved this place. I wanted somewhere dog friendly for a weekend that was a bit more than my usual tent but cheaper than a cottage and this hit the nail on the head. Location absolutely glorious and peaceful but close to great walks and towns, cabin was lovely and the bed super comfy. This cabin was in the far corner of the 3 cabins available, away from where people walk to get to the facilities- this was especially perfect with a dog who needs a bit more of a quiet area to be able to switch off and he loved it too, whilst it’s still only a 20ish metre walk to the showers and toilets. Showers are also the best I’ve ever experienced for campsite style facilities. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, wish I’d had longer this time!

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the blankets so we felt cozy on the sofa at night and the beds were so comfortable. There were plenty of spaces to park and there is easy access to the beach. A great place for sea glass hunters or if you just want to watch a beautiful sunset. We would definitely recommend Chad’s place. Thank you for a great stay.

Teapot Cottage is a beautiful place to stay. It was very well kitted out, decorated very nicely, and had lots of nice touches to make our stay even better. Lammisa was a great host - very responsive and friendly, and was happy to help whenever needed. There's great local amenities within walking distance, and several local villages and towns within a short drive, including Ennerdale Lake. The place was very comfortable, with plenty of seating indoor and out, with several comfy beds suitable for a group of adults. The only thing to be aware of is that the bedroom with the bunk beds has very little storage space, so if you're staying for a few days and have a large bag/suitcase - you'll need to find somewhere else to put it! Overall - we were all very pleased with this stay and we'd definitely book again in future.

Absolutely perfect! We love staying here, it has everything you need to feel immediately at home, relaxed and comfortable. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful and the views from the hot tub are what makes staying here even more special! Catherine and Ian are very attentive hosts and Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had. We love this cottage and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, relaxing and very special place to stay in the Lake District.

We had a fantastic few nights away here. The location is stunning and the cabin faces west so you get a great sunset every night. We would love to come back

Fantastic location for various activities, we were really pleased with the amount of space and how well presented the accommodation is. Very short walk to the pub for great food and good beer too so that was a plus. A few questions pre booking answered swiftly and accurately, nice touch with some basic provisions in the kitchen to help us (tea / coffee) :) thanks again , great stay!! We will be back I’m sure!!!

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!
