The Birch at Lazy Oaks Resort is a charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex next to Rainbow Lake. It features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a private office with a pullout futon. The updated living area includes a 55-inch Smart TV. Guests enjoy complimentary kayaks and fishing pier, plus amenities like grills, fire pits, horseshoes, cornhole, and a playground. Perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. *This unit doesn't have a fireplace.

Steps from hiking/mountain biking trails that lead right to Woodland Lake Park where you can fish, play disc golf, and use the walking path around the lake. Close to horseback riding and other fun activities! We are a 30 min drive to Sunrise mountain - skiing/sledding (in the winter) and mountain biking/ hiking (in the summer). ✌🏽
