Adam is a wonderful host! He is friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive. When I notified him that the washer had an issue he immediately responded and had it replaced with a new one in no time. He also knows the area well and gave great recommendations for local eateries and for fall festivities. The apartment itself was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the kitchen tools needed and with quality, essential supplies. I had everything I needed for my 2-month stay there. I would definitely stay again!!!

Charming old house set in a cute neighborhood within walking of downtown Loudonville. If you're there on a Saturday, they may even set up their Farmer's market in the lawn right next door. Which we enjoyed. It's within a few minutes drive of Mohican state park where there's beautiful hiking trails and scenery. The place was clean and simply decorated with good updates while still maintaining character. Beautiful huge front porch to sit out on in the mornings. Only downside was the unexpected amount of traffic that drives through there including loud trucks and even in the mornings and nights.

We booked this Airbnb for our construction crew, and it was perfect for our needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. The location was convenient, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. After long workdays, it was great to have a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. Highly recommend for any work crews or teams needing a reliable and comfortable stay!

This charming little place is just as described. Quiet and peaceful, a great place to kick back and relax. Christine is a thoughtful host. She had the place warm and cozy up on arrival. From the toasty fireplace, to the loaf of homemade bread. We definitely recommend the stay.

Loved staying here. Provided ample room for two but I imagine that 3 people would feel right at home. Very clean home with everything you would need during your stay. Will definitely be back!

This was the 2nd stay at Miriam’s house for my family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. We really like the location. The coffee cake that was waiting for us in the fridge was a pleasant surprise. Everyone loved it. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place, very quiet. Enjoyed a little snow on Sunday morning April 6. Extra clean home, big TV in basement was great. We will be booking this again when we are able to, maybe this summer. James & Patricia Shehan

My wife Lindsay, my son Tate and I had a wonderful stay here at Christopher and Patti’s place. The home was pristine, serene and such a wonderful spot to relax at. The location was perfect for a weekend in Amish country. We absolutely love all the cute decor touches including the record play, art and dedicated areas for reading, relaxing and sleeping. We had a blast using the hot tub, grill and TV during our moments together and our downtime when Tate went to sleep. A fantastic spot that we hope to return for a visit to! Christopher and Patti went above and beyond to make this a true retreat for folks:)

Alexandra was a fabulous host-super responsive! Her place was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean and just a gorgeous modern space. The playroom was awesome for the kids. Just a beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back!
