Situated on one of Appledore’s most sought after streets right on the waters edge sits The Yard Arm. Boasting 2 terraces, one leading from the sitting room and one from the downstairs master bedroom with ample space for seating and dining outside. Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.
