I really enjoyed my entire stay around 40 days as a guest in Sridhar and his family apartment. Sridhar, Sridhar's brother Vatchu and their Aunt were really great. They treated me like a family member and enjoyed their hospitality during my entire stay. The house is located very near to Perungalattur Railway station and bus stand. So, it is very convenient to access all main areas of Chennai, stores, restaurants and all basic needs within 5-10 mins of walking distance. This place is very lovely , tidy and you have all amenities that you need during your stay whether it is for professional trip or family trip. Sridhar and his brother will help you to settle once you reach there and guide you if you need any help to visit in and around Chennai. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!.

We had an amazing stay at this place & i can't recommend it highly enough! The hosts were incredibly approachable & always available to help whenever we needed assistance. Their prompt responses made us feel very comfortable & they even provided useful information about restaurants & public transportation options which was a huge plus. What really stood out was how much they made us feel at home. They were attentive & genuinely cared about ensuring we had everything we needed,no matter the time. The apartment itself was perfect,clean,comfortable & located in a lovely,safe residential area. It's definitely one of the finest places to stay & we felt completely secure throughout our entire visit. If you're looking for a place where you're treated like family,this is definitely the spot! Thanks so much hosts for making our stay so memorable!!

Karthik’s place was very homely. We had a comfortable stay. Everything is provided as required. Mr. Karthik’s wife even made my mom-in law tea after a very tiring journey. Thank you for that. Recommended place to stay near airport.

Nice calm place. We stayed while visiting CMC Ranipet and so convenient. Just 2Km from there. No shops at walkable distance but Swiggy and others deliver and so no issue. Comfortable to park infront of house Host is responsive and allowed flexible check in and check out

We were looking for a peaceful place on the outskirts of Chennai to attend a few appointments in the city while still having a calm spot to rest—and this rooftop apartment in Maraimalai Nagar was a perfect find. We didn’t know much about the area beforehand, but we ended up loving it: dynamic yet quiet, with surprisingly clean air for being so close to the city. The apartment itself is a rare gem in Chennai—a newly built, premium space available for short-term rental, with a large private terrace full of plants that made it a joy to relax on. It felt like having our own little green sanctuary. The hosts were lovely—welcoming us in person and staying available throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We actually ended up extending our stay twice because we couldn’t imagine finding a better place nearby. It’s also well-connected to Chennai via highway, bus, and train. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, quiet, and great value just outside the city
