The Yates Cottage

Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Enjoy your stay at this newly renovated home (2021) complete with state of the art fire pit, private dock, large enclosed sunroom & full wrap around porch. A short 10 minute drive to the sailing capital of NC for dining, shopping & live music at the local brewery & Red Rooster makes for a great night out after abundant fishing right off the dock. Or cook a full meal in the fully stocked kitchen & eat at the large farmhouse dining table.

SPACIOUS WATERFRONT HOME w/ LARGE DOCK AND SOFT SANDY BEACH Bring the whole family and fishing poles to this great place with lots of room and views for lots of great memories. Nestled on a beautiful bluff, Blue Heron Beach House has panoramic views of the Neuse River, the Americas widest river at 4+ miles across. The private beach and 300 ft dock is perfect place for family and fishing fun! Enjoy sailing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, bird watching, water fun or simply relaxing.

The Little House on the Bay River in Stonewall, NC

Unwind at this peaceful Pamlico County retreat, perfect for a relaxing weekend of fishing, boating, waterfowl hunting, and more! With direct access to the Bay River from the on-site boat ramp, adventure is just steps away. Nestled in Stonewall Campground, this brand-new home offers stunning views and a serene escape. Need more space? An additional house next door is also available for rent, making it ideal for larger groups or multiple families. Kayaks are included for guest use!

Tight Lines Waterfront Cottage

Enjoy the peaceful views of Mill Creek and the outdoor center next door with kayaks free to use. Tucked inside of the quiet Arlington Place neighborhood, it is directly connected to the Neuse River. You also get acess to the community pool and many other ammennities such as a fitness center and basketball and tennis courts. Short drives get you to historic New Bern or the small but quaint town of Oriental, and only one and a half hours to Emerald Isle and the beach.

Dockside Daze/Sunday checkout 5pm/Riverfront

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.

Dragonfly of Oriental

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Restaurants within 1 mile from the home. Boat dock and fishing pier about 1/2 mile. Neuse river is a bike ride away with another fishing pier 2 pickle ball courts and playground less than 1/2 mile from the house. A stop for greenway cyclists and a hugh area for sail boat novoelists. You can take the Minnesott ferry on your way to Atlantic Beach.

A cute, charming, open and airy country cottage only 10 minutes from downtown New Bern. Walking distance to Neuse River and 5 minutes from public boat landing. Wooded setting with occasional sightings of deer, wild turkey, owls, and hawks. Quiet and peaceful! Perfect place to relax and unwind. Convenient to Bayboro, Vanceboro, Cherry Point, Havelock, Morehead City and the beach.(No cleaning fee.)

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
