Nous sommes situés dans la Baia del Gambero, une résidence tranquille : ici, vous n'entendrez que le bruit de la mer 🌊. L'accès privé mène à une plate-forme naturelle avec une eau cristalline 💧. Une voiture 🚗 est nécessaire pour se déplacer, mais vous pouvez rejoindre Catane et Syracuse en quelques minutes.

The house on the beach

The beach house is a villa of 150 square meters and 'located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Siracusa. The house stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining, fireplace, kitchen and WC designed ; the first floor: three bedrooms, two WC designed and a laundry room; on the second floor there is a spacious loft. The house overlooks a terrace of 60 square meters equipped with gas grill, umbrella, table, chairs, loungers.

Vista panoramica sull'Etna e sul mare, discesa diretta dal giardino al mare (scogli). Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.
