Der Aufenthalt erfolgte recht spontan, die Kommunikation war immer freundlich, erfolgte zeitnah, der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in einem sehr schönen Teil Madeiras, am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles war sauber und der beheizte Pool ein echter Pluspunkt. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Fantastic Villa! Absolutely amazing view, perfect for watching sun set. Great amount of space. You would need a car to get around as it's a bit far from things and hard to walk up the hill. Well stocked kitchen but frying pans are very scratched, I hope they replace them soon. Great communication from the host. We wished we could stay longer!

A casa é igual as fotos e está impecável. A Carmina está sempre disponível para qualquer questão e para auxiliar no que for preciso mas a verdade é que não precisamos de nada pois tudo estava impecável, inclusive o cesto de boas vindas já pensado no pequeno almoço do dia seguinte para que nada nos falta-se. À vista é maravilhosa e o espaço exterior excelente, óptimo para passar os finais de tarde com um belo churrasco. A única coisa que talvez não esteja claro é que um dos quartos é no piso inferior e as camas são um pouco curtas para pessoas de estatura mais alta, com a exceção da suite que essa é realmente grande. Foi uma experiência realmente excelente e que no final não apetecia vir embora.

We stayed over Christmas and loved how peaceful the house was to recharge. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget we would ever need. We used the kitchen every night and the kids enjoyed the pool. The clouds didn’t cooperate most evenings, but one morning I woke extra early to a clear sky of a million stars.

Beautiful house in great location for exploring west side of the island. Check in is a little complicated because they have to meet you there and with travel sometimes it is hard to know exactly what time you can be there. Pool is very nice but please note they cannot heat it at all so we weren’t able to swim. It would be great in the summer though.

Casa grande e com múltiplos quartos. (Quarto com 3 camas não tinha porta, mas acabou por não ser um problema) Espaços amplos e completamente funcionais. Anfitriã super responsiva e prestável.

Perfect location! The villa is clean, quiet, and well equipped. The pool was such a treat and the views of the ocean are spectacular. The walk into town is only about 20 minutes. The walk back up is steep but doable with young children. The neighborhood is also lovely. It was a great place to stay as a family. We loved our time here and would absolutely book again.

A beautiful place, peaceful and with stunning views. The host Jun pays attention to the details when it comes to the amenities which makes all the difference. It was a perfect, restful stay, would highly recommend.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Kents apartment with a group of friends. Apartment was spacious with great views over Funchal. The apartment is around 10 minutes taxi drive or bus journey (takes a little longer) from the centre of Funchal or up to the tropical gardens at Monte. There is a little shop for essentials around 10 minutes walk away, just a step hill walk back up. Kent was an excellent communicator from first booking. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing 5* villa! We absolutely loved staying here. Everything about it was just wonderful - architect designed house, incredible view, super comfortable beds and great kitchen facilities. Plus easy parking in the garage underneath. Also Rita who met us there was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return one day!

The property easily lives up to the description and the pictures. The houses are fully equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The swimming pools offer stunning unobstructed views of the ocean during the day and of the sky at night. There are no road noises, the place is truly calm. Grocery stores are a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants. Numerous hikes can be found in the region. The host is very reactive and will provide many recommandations related to restaurants and activities. Renting both houses to two families is a great way to spend time together while also having some privacy. I would go back there without any hesitation.

We stayed at Patricia’s villa for 9 days and had a great time. The view overlooking the ocean with the infinity pool was beautiful! We loved waking up to this gorgeous view each morning. It was also a plus that we had the use of house cleaners that came during our stay to make the place extra tidy after we stayed halfway through! All the balcony’s outside connected and lead directly to the downstairs pool. There’s also a “secret” access to the bottom of the cliff which was very cool! Everything was perfect! All in, I’d give this a 5 star stay, everyone was extremely happy and we would definitely stay again in the future! Thank you for hosting us

There was a group of 8 of us and we had the most amazing stay! The location is super close to the airport and the main town making it easy to get around. It is very private house so it feels like your own secluded space. The access to the beach is stunning and the large deck with the pool, sauna and BBQ make a perfect space to hang for the day. Would 100% recommend staying here! Thank you 😊

Deze villa is prachtig en heel goed ingericht. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en 1 kind en hadden plaats genoeg. Heel fijn zijn ook de 3 toiletten. Alles was heel proper. Van het zwembad hebben we door de felle wind niet veel kunnen genieten maar het uitzicht op de oceaan is subliem. Van Bil kregen we op voorhand 50 tips om het eiland te verkennen, leuk! Ook de lijst met de restaurants in de buurt was heel nuttig. De communicatie met Bil verliep heel goed. Jammer van het weer, maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen!

Das Haus ist toll, der Ausblick ein Traum, tolle Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out! Die Lage der Hauses ist sehr praktisch, man kommt überall schnell hin, durch die naheliegende Schnellstraße/Autobahn ist es auf der Terasse etwas laut, sonst alles top!

Magnificent Villa. Stunning views of the sea. Quiet and peaceful. Safe and private neighbourhood. Would recommend renting a car to get to other towns outside of Madalena de Sol. Roads are grand to drive especially if you are used to Irish roads. Would highly recommend Madeira.

Die Betreuung durch Jorge war präzise und gut. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Rita und ihrem Mann waren exzellent, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

O espaço é ideal para viagens de grupos de amigos/famílias, a vista é de cortar a respiração bem como a sua calmia nas redondezas. Ambas as casas são equipadas completamente, desde a cozinha aos quartos. É como se nos sentíssemos em casa, e o grande problema, é sair da casa. Sem dúvida será para voltar. A Teresa sempre foi uma anfitriã disposta a ajudar, com resposta rápida e clara. Caso vos sobre alimentação (como aconteceu connosco) existe uma igreja mesmo ao lado que poderão fazer a doação da comida :)

A beautiful house with stunning views, well equipped with plenty of space for everyone. Clive always responded quickly to any requests. The property is within 30mins of Funchal and perfect position to go and explore the coastline and mountains of Madeira Would thoroughly reccomend !

Wir haben die Villa von Jan für eine Woche gemietet und Jan als zuvorkommenden und tollen Vermieter kennengelernt. Das Haus entsprach ganz und gar unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen und war wie auf dem Inserat beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - ausser einer Kaffeemaschine mit Kapselsystem. Aber auch die ist mittlerweile vorhanden ;-) Die Villa war sehr sauber samt allen Zimmern und Bädern war sehr sauber. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, hatte jeder ein eigenes Bad und zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sogar Pool- und Meerblick. Die Küche ist riesig und hat uns so viel Freude bereitet, dass wir die ganze Woche nie ausgegangen sind zum Essen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist natürlich der Pool und die Lounge mit Meersicht wie der Grill (BBQ). Für uns als sehr aktive Sportler war die Waschmaschine genial; so konnten wir jeden Abend nach unseren sportlichen Aktivitäten waschen und mussten nicht so viel Kleidung von zuhause mitnehmen. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn; es war einfach GENIAL. Thank you Jan

Logement bien situé pour profiter du soleil. Très bon service et rapide. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation.

la casa està situada en una zona tranquila y con vistas al mar, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. la piscina tiene posibilidad de climatizar, pudimos aprovechar dos días de sol . Lo que resulta más complicado es la entrada y salida de coche, está justo en una curva donde los coches suben muy rápido y la entrada al parquing daba un poco de apuro, la puerta le costaba abrirse y quedabas con el coche parado en una zona peligrosa. por lo demás todo muy bien, repetiríamos seguro! José fue muy atento y amable , la casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada, hay un supermercado a un minuto en coche . La zona agradable .
