Clenaghans - Self-catering Stone Cottage

Located in idyllic Northern Irish countryside, Clenaghan's cottages are situated on the site of an over 250 year old farmyard. Boasting 6 cottages in total, each has been converted to a high specification with modern facilities including high-speed internet & wide-screen televisions. Every apartment has its own living area, kitchen, bedroom and en-suite. You'll arrive to a generously stocked fridge with welcome pack including everything you need to make your own Ulster Fry in the morning as well as bread, milk, cheese and more. Also on site is the award-winning Clenaghan's Restaurant which opens Wednesday to Sunday. Just 5 minutes drive away is the quaint Moira village, which has no shortage of bars, restaurants & cafes for you to peruse. Moira is beside the Northern Ireland M1 Motorway (Junction 9) between Lurgan and Lisburn. Belfast is a 25 minute drive by car and is accessible from Moira Train Station, a 5 minute drive away.

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Burnside sits on the edge of a working farm in the Braid Valley. Looking across to splendid views of Slemish mountain, it is 30 mins from Belfast and 4k from the award winning village of Broughshane. The surrounding countryside is perfect for cycling or walking. Renowned golf courses Galgorm Castle & Royal Portrush are nearby. Burnside is an ideal location for discovering the Antrim Glens and Causeway Coast. Local hotels include Galgorm Luxury Resort & Spa and Raceview Mill Wooltower.

Hillview House - N.Irish Tourist Board Certified

Cosy two bedroom traditional Irish cottage. Bedrooms accessed off the living room with its farmhouse style range cooker. Master Bedroom: dressing room and cosy king-size bed. Bedroom Two: 2 double beds, a very spacious and bright room with 2 windows overlooking the garden. Kitchen is traditional and has all mod cons and dining space for 6 people. Bathroom is at the rear of the cottage and has an electric shower over the bath. Outdoor garden and parking space is at the front of the house.

Mattella Lodge, a charming cottage set in a small holding in a rural hideaway on the outskirts of the bustling town of Ballymena. Mattella Lodge (and sister accommodation Mattella Loft) provides the perfect base if attending a wedding or to explore the stunning Glens of Antrim and the North Coast. Eden Cottage is located to the East of Lough Neagh, boasting stunning views of the lough itself. It is convenient for travel to both the City & International airports. Our location is 25 minutes from Belfast, if you wish to explore the city or enjoy some shopping. The Cottage itself sleeps up to 6 guests, with each room containing both a king size and single bed. It’s perfect for a quiet get away. I am usually never more than a few minutes away should you need help with anything.

Craigs Rock Cottage Cookstown

Situated on the edge of the village of Orritor, approx 3 miles from Cookstown, Craigs Rock Cottage has an ideal central location for exploring Northern Ireland. The cottage boasts green field views, two separate living areas, BT TV, open fire, free WiFi, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided. There's a local shop with a deli-counter providing daily hot and cold food along with a sit in restaurant just a 5 minute walk away.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Set in beautiful Mid Ulster countryside, this cosy 2‑bed self‑catering home sleeps 4 across two floors. Just 5 minutes from Magherafelt, it’s perfectly located—45 mins to Belfast, 1 hour to Derry, 40 mins to Belfast International Airport, and 1 hour to the Antrim Coast. Splash Waterpark is only 1 mile away with a stunning walk, and the Seamus Heaney Centre plus many local attractions are close by.
