When you step into "McDaniel's Corner" you get a Quiet and Modern Feel in a 'Cozy' Early Twentieth Century brick home. This cozy home has our guests feeling comfortable and relaxed while providing modern day luxuries in this historic home. You can’t beat this central location close to Longwood gardens, Winterthur, the Nemours Estate and so much more. There are also tons of great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, Nemours Children’s Hospital and so much more to see and do.

Quiet Empty Nest - North Wilmington

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Short drive to train lines for explorers. Bellevue State Park 1 mile away with biking and hiking 27 miles of trails. Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. There are window air conditioners in living room and bedroom. TV is basic with no cable (30+)channels. We look forward to making your stay enjoyable and comfortable

Our special place is perfectly situated between the renowned Brandywine River Museum and the Chadds Ford Winery, and in just minutes, you can explore the enchanting beauty of Longwood Gardens or dive into the world of history at Winterthur.

Private West Chester Cottage close to Longwood

Treat yourself to time away in the heart of Chester County history and horse country. This charming little gem, privately nestled under the evergreens is surrounded by acres of American history dating back to the 1700s. Tucked behind the property's historic stone farmhouse is the newly refurbished cottage which you'll have to yourself. The cottage is tastefully decorated with vintage treasures & has spectacular views of the unique property & gardens.

The Farmer’s House

Historic FARM STAY. Est. In 1757 and hidden from view, it is certain to provide a private getaway! If you have the heart of a "homesteader" or simply want to have a peaceful holiday, this farmette will allow you to travel back in time for a relaxing experience you will not forget! A winding brook and pond are located within short walking distance from the home. Well furnished, this home will impress you with all her comfort and character!

The Lighthouse

Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE

The studio is minutes away from downtown Media where you can enjoy the shops & restaurants on State St or take a 20 minute ride into Philadelphia. Attractions include Tyler Arboretum, Ridley Creek State Park,Longwood Gardens,Linvilla Orchards & local wineries in Brandywine & Chadds Ford PA. The woods are waiting to welcome you!

Escape to our private guest suite nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Just one mile from the town of Media and Swarthmore College. Conveniently located close to route 476 and just a 20 minutes drive from Philadelphia and all the major sporting events. Our recently renovated in-law suite offers comfort and convenience for short and medium-term stays.

Centrally-located private with own entrance, 1 bedroom, w/ living room and private bath suite. Conveniently located near Swarthmore College & Train Station(5 min) Widener University(5 min), Media (10 min), & the Philadelphia Airport (12 min). There is Private keyless entry for easy check-in. We live above the suite, and are available most times if you need anything.
