And the first floor houses the exceptional superking master bedroom, a stunning bathroom with roll top bath and a third king size bedroom. There is a large communal garden with patio area and BBQ for your sole use.

Boat House West is right above our private harbour with a fabulous view up Loch Melfort and towards the hills. Downstairs is a bedroom with a superking size bed or twin beds with en suite facilities, a large bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. Dining and sitting room with an open log fire and flat screen TV. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, both bathrooms en suite. Sauna.

There are two bedrooms: one with a king sized bed (1.5m wide), and a bunk bedroom with full sized single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower over the bath, double sinks and of course a toilet. The bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs.
