Family Friendly Lakefront Cottage, Ambajejus Lake

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances. The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.

Timoney Lake Cottage

The cottage was built in 2017 with full Amish construction. It is located on Timoney Lake in Oakfield, ME, in the heart of Amish country. The cottage comes with a 16 foot dock with a canoe and two kayaks. Swimming is available, but silty bottom directly in front of cottage. We recommend swimming off a boat in deeper water. This cottage provides great fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and hiking. Enjoy the outdoors with all of the amenities of home! We are 100% pet friendly!

Real Log Cabin on a Lake in Maine! Come stay at Bear Cove Hideaway on Brassua Lake! Close to Rockwood, Greenville, Squaw Mountain and Mt. Kineo. Come hiking, biking, fishing, boating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, and enjoy other outdoor activities. The cabin has close access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the Appalachian Trail, and golf courses. The house was built in 2017 and sleeps 6 + comfortably. Perfect for both adventure and relaxation, guests can enjoy nearby hiking, biking, ATV'ing, and local dining, or stay close to home casting a line off the dock, swimming in the lake, paddling the provided kayaks or canoe, and gathering around the campfire for s’mores. With the charm of a classic cabin and the comforts of home, The Lookout offers a welcoming retreat in every season.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.
