We have one small very friendly dog. 3 minute walk from shopping centre, 5 minute walk from Beaumont hospital, 1 minute walk from bus stop, 15 minute bus journey into city centre. Ideal for a couple or single.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Our beautiful home is now available when we are abroad. We renovated it in 2024 both inside and out. It has a generous sitting room / dining room, kitchen, laundry room and downstairs toilet. Beautifully decorated en-suite room(private bathroom)in spacious house in prime location in Dublin. The house is located 10 minutes walk away from the bus stop from where you get to city centre in 15 min . The area is very green and it's short walk from Griffiths Avenue which is the nicest street in Dublin. There are tree bedrooms in the house . Each with own bathroom . I live in the house with my partner and two cats Timmy and Skippy.

Welcome to my home and I hope you will make it yours for the duration of your stay. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, just ten mins walk from the local shops, restaurants and pubs. There are breath taking views within walking distance, including, St. Anne's Park (1 minute up the road) and the scenic coastal route five mins away (ideal for walking or cycling).

The Studio This is a recently renovated studio apartment with a nice bed. The studio has an ensuite and full kitchen. There are electric radiators throughout and high-speed Internet is available. You will have access to a private entrance. On-street parking is free. Just to note we have 1 small dog. She is very friendly but will be kept out of way.
