Our garden-level/ basement-level apartment is newly remodeled and is located on 1.3 acres of land that backs to North Table Mountain with 360 views of the Rockies. This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. Features: Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill. We also have a new large flagstone patio with seating at the top of our backyard overlooking the Rockies! See pics!

We are less than 3 miles from Olde Town, 13 miles from downtown, 2 miles from the new light rail station, 13 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 11 miles to Mile High Stadium, 22 miles from Boulder and 6 miles to great hiking at N Table Mtn in Golden. Our welcome book has recommendations for restaurants, breweries and hiking trails in the area.

The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.

Red Rocks & Denver Views

Guest suite located near Red Rocks and Golden with private entry and private parking spot. Our place is great for those heading to a concert at Red Rocks or coming to/from the mountains! Easy access to Highway 6 and Interstate 70. We don’t recommend our guest suite for those with allergies to cats- our friendly cat lives upstairs with us but wanders downstairs between guests. And as we have a steep mountainside backyard, the Airbnb is not suitable for young children.

Olde Town Arvada and Red Rocks 2 bedroom

1200 sq ft basement unit with private entrance, two bedrooms one bathroom, kitchenette, office space, TV, electric fireplace, and access to transportation, bus, light rail, Lyft or Uber. Close to Redrocks (11 Miles), Golden(9 miles), hiking, skiing, rafting, and the I-70 corridor to the mountains. 15 minute drive to downtown Denver. 1 mile to Olde Town Arvada, shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, Arvada Arts Center. G line to Denver, the Airport, and beyond!.

The perfect spot for coming in for a Red Rocks concert (15 mins away) and to be centrally located between downtown and the foothills of Golden so you can see the best of Denver. 420 smoking allowed on our back patio.
