Well the Winter season is fast approaching and we invite you to enjoy the serenity of our suite and neighborhood. Views from each room with private patio, fire pit and BBQ. We are situated away from the main rd so no traffic noise. Only 7 min to downtown, 15min to airport and a easy 35-40min drive to Sun Peaks and the Shuswap’s

Cozy 2 Bedroom Suite, Kamloops|30mins to Sun Peaks

Our bright and private lower suite is spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. We have full kitchen facilities, wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a pullout couch. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is exceptional, the second room offers a firmer queen bed for more fit folks. Our suite has 20 to 30min access to shopping in Kamloops or world-class, skiing and biking, thirty min up the hill. We got a small-town vibe in the burbs where you turn to go up to the Peaks.

La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un cuiseur à riz, d'un Instapot et d'un mixeur, ainsi que d'autres équipements. Le canapé du salon peut accueillir 2 personnes. Coin avec lave/sèche-linge. Salle de bains rénovée avec sauna attenant. Tout est propre et lumineux. Accès au jacuzzi et à la piscine entre juin et septembre, si le temps le permet.

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with mountain view. Walking distance to groceries, liquor store, Pharmacy, hardware and Pub. Walking around the neighborhood is very calming with the feel of the mountain embracing you. Despite the calmness of the place, we have security camera outside and panic button that connect to police, ambulance and fire department. We don't lock our vehicle and no incident of burglary.

Enter the apartment by going through the car port, through the wrought iron gate to the garden, on the yellow door is the key pad, it is a level entry, no stairs.
