Quaint Guest Loft in the town of Ashland. In the heart of town, within minutes of walking to Ashland University. University is a 5 minute walk. One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.

Luftberg Farm B&B Oak Suite

The Oak Suite is one of 5 available at the B&B. It combines a 255 sq ft room with a queen bed and a full trundle which can sleep up to 4 people (a $25 fee per stay is charged to set up the trundles) with an adjoining 250 sq ft room containing a three/quarter bed with a child's trundle bed under it, a day bed and a crib. This adjoining room can sleeping 3 adults, a small child and an infant.. $210 is for 3 people. Extra fee for more guests.

Luftberg Farm B&B Oak Room

This large 255 sq ft room is one of 5 available at the B&B. It has a queen bed with a full trundle under it (Set up fee for trundle use is $25/stay). It can accommodate up to 4 people, although use of the trundle makes the room crowded. The Oak Room can be reserved by itself or as the Oak Room Suite with the adjoining room which contains a three/quarter bed, a day bed and a crib, as well as a trundle bed suitable for a small child.

This 342 square foot room is one of 5 available at the B&B. It has a large sitting area and contains 2 high antique 3/4 beds, one with a twin trundle under it. Well suited for guests wanting to share a room but not the same bed, or for children accompanying their parents. Sleeps 1-5 people.

This large bright and airy 227 square foot room is 1 of 5 rooms available at Luftberg Farm B&B. It has a queen wall bed and a sitting alcove. The bathroom, 2 steps outside your door, is shared only if the Oak Room/Suite is booked. A full country breakfast for 2 people is included.

Room charges=$60/first person and $25/additional person. This charming room was named for the curtains that are hanging in the windows. The full sized four (4) poster bed and dressers are Ron's family antiques. There is a set of bunk beds available.
